This vape shop was very inviting and I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products sold in the establishment. She took the time to show me around as well as answer the several questions I had without hesitation. Some vape shops can be very intimidating and their workers can be pushy. I never felt uneasy while here and I wasn't pressured to buy something I didnt want and or need. She helped me find what I came for as well as educated me on some different products that I could try for pain in my feet. I was given a couple samples to try to ensure I didnt purchase something that was ineffective for my needs. She was engaged in conversation with me and not just feeding me a sales pitch. Her customer service skills were impeccable! I will definitely be returning to this establishment!...

I just went here for the first time yesterday and I'm disappointed in myself for not going sooner. The staff was really friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. They gave us tons of sweet deals and helped me find a new vape and were well educated on every product I had asked about, CBD and Vape related. The environment is super relaxed and I didnt feel like they were trying to pump sales out of me but actually connecting with me and listening to what I liked and needed. And dont even get me started on their juice selection. I've never seen so many I liked in one place. I usually have to skip around for my flavors and glass and coils but I'm only going here from now on. For the superior customer service and products. I can't wait to get better acquainted...
