I don’t typically leave reviews, but when you find a place as special as this, it feels like a disservice not to share. I had been struggling with my PC crashing for about two weeks. There were moments when the problem seemed fixed, but eventually, it would shut off again. I tried my best to use my recent IT and Cybersecurity training to resolve the issue, but nothing worked. Since I’ve only had my PC for a short time, I was worried the hardware might be at fault.

Yesterday, I decided to take it to a computer repair shop my friend recommended, but the experience was absolutely terrible. Thankfully, my girlfriend found this place, and I can’t thank her enough! If anyone in the QC area needs a repair, COME HERE!

The owner is incredibly helpful and fixes your computer right in front of you. You can actually see what’s wrong, and there’s no attempt to scam you or charge for unnecessary services. On top of that, he has a variety of prebuilt PCs that are way more reasonably priced than anywhere else I’ve seen.

Please give this place a chance—good, honest work and people are so hard to come by these days. He truly deserves more business than he’s getting! And I wish I got my PC...

Okay, listen up! If your tech's a mess, or you just want a computer whisperer who's professional, approachable, and won't make you feel like a tech dummy, Marty's your guy. I've been to Computers Are Us three times, and had a great experience each time. He makes you feel comfortable, even when your digital life's flashing before your eyes, and he's got a great sense of humor too. He's even great with Gen Z-ers. He fixed my daughter's phone and my son's gaming laptop in no time, and for a very fair price. My Gen Z-ers (who are hard to impress) tell me he's like their "cool uncle.” And honestly? I get it. He's a total pro who actually explains things without the tech jargon, treating them like intelligent human beings (which, you know, they are!), not like they're speaking a different language. But here's the kicker: he's just plain "cool." I'm really glad we found such an honest professional. Five stars all the way!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I 100% recommend Marty for all your tech-related needs. "Computers Are Us" provided fantastic service and value in replacing my hard drive in my HP All-in-One Desktop computer. After the hardware part of the job was complete they reloaded the Operating System and my programs and I now have a lightening fast "new" computer. I'm so happy that I didn't use Best Buy (Geek Squad) as it would have meant higher costs, longer repair time and much less transparency.
