Used to order from here all the time. Last time my coworkers and I ordered, they didn’t read deliver instructions and delivered to the wrong door. We had to push lunch back an extra half hour and only got 5 minutes to scarf our sandwich down. Called and complained and they offered to write our name down for free sandwich. Called back today to ask how we redeem the free sandwich and they said we had to come in to redeem it. We can’t leave work so we asked if someone placed an order if they could just throw the free sandwich in with the order. We talked to the manager and she refused to comply and argued over the free sandwich. We asked for the corporate number and the manager, Katie K, said she wouldn’t give us the number. Had to call multiple times to get an idea of when the food would arrive. Spoke with the manager on duty that evening who said they had a voucher for a free meal due to the inconvenience. Called about a week or so later to redeem my meal and the manager Jason was unprofessional and rude. After hanging up on me trying to explain my last experience with them and not liking what he heard he hung up then when I called back to get the GMs name and his he proceeded to mock me and laugh at me. Read moreAwful. Terrible customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes for an order I called and they said it would be there in 7 minutes. I call back after 10 minutes had passed. They said “oh we thought you were picking this order up” I asked them how that made any sense when the last time we spoke they said it would be at my home in 7 minutes.” I told them I’d like my order delivered and I don’t feel as though I should pay for it or get some sort of reimbursement. They said we will bring the order and they’d give me 3 free subs. Wait for another 15 minutes and still nothing. But i notice my account has been reimbursed. Get in the car and go to the place and my order is sitting on the counter. They tell me I can have my order but I need to pay. WHAT.
