Ordered 4 large pizzas , cheese bread and breadsticks at 5pm online and chose a ready time of 7:30pm for pickup. Arrived at the location at 7:30pm and attempted to enter the code in the warming machine to retrieve my order but was loudly and abruptly informed that the machine was currently inoperable. This was yelled to me from someone a short distance from the counter who appeared to be already occupied.
There were 3 employees visible not AT but behind the counter, one of which was prepping pizzas, the other 2 employees were challenging each other to see who could touch their bare palms to the floor without bending their knees. Only after the 2 aforementioned employees established a winner was I asked my name to check on my order. Adter giving the name I was informed that the order was still being processed. I chose to sit in my car, and about 3 minutes later I received a text informing me that the order was now ready. I re-entered the store at which point I had to wait in line again for service. When I reached the counter and gave my name again , I was informed by the same individual I had spoken to previously, that my order was not ready. The tone of this employee at this point was measurably irritated. I explained that I just had received a text contradicting the iorder status. At this point another employee interjected in a loud and agitated manner asserting that the store has nothing to do with the texted order status notifications.
I considered walking out, but my daughter was having friends over and they were waiting for the pizza, so I was somewhat stuck. For some reason a couple of people in my household like Little Ceasars "pizza", personally I'm not a fan. I eventually got the order in a few more minutes. I did not share that experience with my family or guests, as I did not want to taint their good spirits and excitement.
This I can assure you: If I'm ever asked to go pick up pizza at Little Ceasars in the future, I will decline... at first...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst and probably last time there. Ordered pizza and crazy bread to go. Got there and added on their new Twix cookie things. I was there for just barely shy of a half an hr waiting on my food. I watched the lady next to me get mad about waiting hers, and the girl up front had to go to the back to get it. The warmer kept getting more full, but no one was getting their orders. Finally, I spoke up that I was STILL waiting on my order. Got to counter and said that my food better still be hot. Got told in snotty tone "you could wait ten more mins for a fresh pizza". My reply was that I had already been there for almost a half hr, watched my food go in the warmer and sit there, that I wasn't going to wait longer for my food. I got "Well maybe you just shouldn't have came here then, and gone somewhere else." Called manager right away. Told him that was my first and probably last time in there. Food was barely warm, and pizza had barely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience was very frustrating. I ordered a speciality pizza and a cheese pizza. I waited there over 30 minutes for my order. At least 10 people came and went while I am still waiting for my order. I under stand that a speciality pizza take a little time but not in this situation. They concentrated on making pepperoni and sausage pizza then mine. All I got was my pizza thrown at me rudely and without oozing at me the male employee did not even make eye contact shoved it at me and said have a nice day while turning his back to me. Not I am sorry for the long wait or anything to make up for my frustrating wait. I shouldn't even give this service a star. I worked in restaurants as a manager and know the value of our customers. Apparently...
