La Dueña Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Davenport

I placed a order for steak tacos to be ready at 6:25 i went into go pay when i arrived at 6:19 the tacos were already ready to go.. i took them and proceeded to drive home with my food (i live 4 blocks away) i could feel that top of the bag was warm i got home and instantly started to eat im starving the rice and beans are warm i took a bite they were fine i took a bite of the taco and its brick hard and cold asf i called up to try and resolve the issue i got told the only way it could be fixed is if i drive back up there and waited for them to make more tacos….. im not understanding how tf u couldnt just put a dicount on my next order i literally eat there pretty often and this the first time my food has...

Few months ago I literally gave these people praise on Facebook but tonight was horrible. I clearly stated how I wanted my order, when I pick it up its not what it's suppose to be, called and seemed careless about my situation, didn't bother to give me an alternative said they will have my order ready when I get there, I show up no food ready for me but stated they could refund my order of nachos, when they gave me these options I literally asked "I thought you made my order?" New restaurant for us. This was our first time. Nice little neighborhood restaurant that does not disappoint. We had the tacos, I had carnitas, cilantro and onion with the green salsa and my husband had the Al pastor, cilantro and onion tacos on corn and they were so good I didn’t even get a photo. My son had the hot Cheetos burrito. It was amazingly large. About a foot or more and big around. My son loves it. I look forward to going there...
