I usually use curb side service now, and I did so tonight. I've never had a bad experience until tonight. I ordered almost $23.00 of food for my family. Finally, after waiting for at least 15 minutes, a lady brought out 2 bags of food, and gave it to a person that pulled up less than 5 minutes before. That person took the food, and about 5 minutes later, the lady brought to me, a bag with 2 small fries and a quarter pounder. It definitely wasn't my order. I believe that the first 2 bags were given to the wrong vehicle. When I told the lady it wasn't my order, she told me I would have to go inside to deal with it. Inside, I told a cashier that occurred. The manager who nearby, never came to talk to me. As I was waiting for my food, they bagged up 2 bags of food, and those went too sometimes else. By this time, I'd been waiting for almost 25 minutes. I finally got the food I ordered, and went to my car. After checking to see I got everything, I noticed one of the 3 fish sandwiches I ordered, was not there. I went to drive- thru. After arriving at her window, I said it was really nice to be waiting for 30 minutes or so, and still not have all of my food. She said that she would get the manager, but she never showed up. She never apologized, offered something for my long wait, in fact, it seemed to me that she refused to talk to me. I've never been treated like that at any other Mc Donald's. If the manager had spoken to me, if they had gotten my food once they knew they gave my food away, and if I would have been compensated for my extremely long wait, I wouldn't be writing this now. This occurred on Dec 20th, 2018. I finally was able to leave with my full order after more than a 30 minute wait. I have never been treated like this at any McDonalds ever. Read moreThe WORST experience I have had at a fast food joint. My fiancé and I went through the drive thru when we realized after we ordered that we forgot our wallet. When we told the young lady at the window that we would be back, she rolled her eyes at us and handed us a receipt to bring back, so we can pay and get our food. We live about 10 minutes away, so not too long. When we got back, we let them know that we were back with the receipt and she said ok. We pulled to the window, handed her the receipt, and she charged us for the lady behind us's order. When we got to the pickup window the manager was completely unprofessional saying we didn't pay and don't give them their food. When trying to explain the situation (that obviously wasn't passed along), she said these are the people who just drove away. I explained to her that we had forgotten our wallet and said we would be back. She didn't apologize for being very rude and talking about us, to which we could hear since she was at the register in the front. When brought the receipt, we were told that we were charged the difference between the person behind us's order and ours. We checked our account while waiting for fresh food (the only thing they did right) and they charged us for BOTH orders! The only person there who was professional and polite was the gentleman up front, unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he should be manager compared to the sad excuse that they have. Read moreI can't speak about during the day and early evening since I work third shift. late, say after 10pm, this place is horrible for sure. It's the slowest place I've ever seen. I usually average 10-15 minutes in line to get my food that's usually just room temperature when u do get it. Tonight when I went I got lucky and no other cars were there. Still took 8 minutes to get one meal. There was BBQ sauce on everything. Napkins, inside and outside of the bag, fry box, EVERYWHERE. I got sauce on the seat of my truck just setting it there. Funny thing is, nothing in my order has bbq sauce on it. When I got home (5 minutes max), the fries were almost cold and had zero salt on them. You can't make salt stick to old, dry fries do those were ruined. The mushroom and Swiss had about 5 small mushrooms and one giant glob of sauce right in the very center of the bun only covering the inner 1/3 of the sandwich. I had to reconstruct my sandwich, spread out the sauce and even get rid of some, then reconstruct it. Why do I have to wait a long time to get sub par food that isn't right? This is what it's like every time I stop by. It's to be expected now at this location. From what I could see, the inside of the store was gross too. Garbage all over the floor and 2 butter packs that someone stepped on and didn't clean up which I would assume would be pretty dangerous slipping hazard. We've all seen those buttered floor videos.
