These guys are slipping... Haven't had any problems for years until now. Usually, the pizza toppings are fresh and the experience is very good. Lately they take forever to answer their phone. My recent pickup order was cold, the toppings were dry, and I paid for double extra cheese only to get a pizza actually missing cheese. I spend good money with these guys. The manager added a discount on a future order, but if they keep this up, there may be no more future orders.
Update: They still can't get what 'extra cheese' means. It's terrible that I have to order 'extra extra' cheese just to get a normal amount of cheese on the pizza, only to have them charge me for it and NOT DO IT ANYWAYS. The service is absolutely terrible, too. Doesn't matter what time I call in an order - I get put on hold right away (often times for 5 minutes or more) and then end up speaking with some kid who acts like he's on drugs and can't get my order right.
It's not bad pizza. For the prices, however, you can get much better elsewhere. And better service, too. I'm done with...

my ZZA this morning im beyond pissed still. Horrible
service delivered my pizza to another building, and
even admitted to setting it outside a door, Not my door
tho, argues yelled with me and lied saying he knocked
& knew he was at the right door, (i ordered Papa jons
not doordash) but while i seen him pull off from our
apartments without giving me my pizza and called the
store to talk to someone the manager had already told
me someone called & had my pizza, meanwhile it was
a rough day and all either one of us wanted to do was
eat dinner, that NEVER CAME! Even 2 hours later after
they were supposed to make another one & get it here,
after all that fight & that long i was over it. The real
kicker is 2 hrs later after payi g online and he got
tipped for taking my pizza to someone else for free
when i asked for a discount or my pizza free, that's
how i was treated 100 stillIIIl pissed. Smh

Honestly, this was our favorite spot to order from, but in the recent months it has gone down hill.. whether i place my orders online, or actually call the store something has been messed up everytime. The stickers on the boxes/containers are always correct but the products within are not. Garlic parmesan wings have been delivered as honey BBQ, Alfredo Pizza add chicken has had no chicken, half garden add pineapple other half only cheese had pineapple on the only cheese half, and more.. the people are friendly and my replacement food has always been done relatively quickly.. But the fact of the matter is, I feel orders should be checked for accuracy before being sent out for delivery, or handed to the customer for pick up.. I've given more than enough chances (over 4 in the past 6 months) and will now be ordering from literally...
