So Qdoba is fully blaming Uber Eats for the fact that Uber Eats does not have correct information for a partnership with their restaurant on their website. Under the "chips and dip" section there is NO option to select chips, only three dips. The Uber Eats delivery man even asked the restaurant about my order only listing queso (most restaurants chips AUTOMATICALLY come with chips). Instead of anyone verifying this with the customer, I was told that I'd have to deal with Uber Eats. The manager kept condescending me over the phone and saying that I could find the number on Google and said she'd do it for me, implying it's something I could easily do. So this manager, Alisha, has been arguing with me, hung up on me, and continued to belittle me and say that she hopes my argumentative attitude is getting me through the day. I told her if she treats customers like this then she shouldn't be in the customer service industry and she said that I was right. She continued to laugh at me, belittle me, and tell me that she had nothing to do with Qdoba, because they were a franchise. The new manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect towards the customers. This was a stark contrast to the previous manager, who was courteous, friendly, and always had a smile on his face.
To add to my frustration, the portion sizes were ridiculously small and not even close to the amount of food that I should have received. I felt like I was being cheated and that the manager was just trying to save money by skimping on the portions. It was not only me; I saw other customers complaining about the same issue.

They would just blankly stare at you, not asking a single question about what you would want on your food. Also, they proceeded to pour queso in a nacho's bowl, and asked, "did you want your chips on the side".. in what world do people eat nachos with the chips on the side? I am confused.
