As our family were giving a toast for my husband and I anniversary. My husband noticed more than one thing floating in his drink. We then let our amazing waitress Hayley know, so she did her job by notifying her manager Jazmine. Jazmine then came to our table she was super nice and polite, but my aunt and I recognized that she was the one by the front entrance who completely disrespected our family when we entered and gave our name for our reservation. She had a horrible attitude, and she just gave us the most dirtiest look with horrible body language. Jazmine the "manager" told me how sorry she was that my husband drank from a glass that was completely unsanitary. We were all completely at a loss for words since Jazmine told us at the table that she would have a talk with her team, and that she was so sorry for our horrible experience on our anniversary, and She would discount our bill for the poor lack of cleanliness in the wash room. She then left our table, but when our waitress came back to our table she started to explained that her manager Jazmine claims the objects that were floating in my husband's drink was just backwash from a biscuit. He didn't even have a biscuit yet so I replied that that the biscuits for one are not black and clear, and that my husband doesn't backwash. Plus on how disrespectful that whole accusation was. If Jazmine the manager thought that. she then should've accused him to his face and not have her server do it. She was literally just fake apologizing the whole time she was at our table. She played out family to make us feel like she was sincerely sorry. LoL on top of all this already happening. Our grandma for the second time eating there never has received her coleslaw with her meal. Which was a side. We then told our waitress she said she'll have it taken off our bill. We received the bill, and they took only $3 off our $400 bill. Plus there was no discount for the drink. That the manager Jazmine said she was going to do. Anyway so we brought it to our servers attention, and she said well Jazmine just left, and she told her nothing about discounting our bill. I then asked for another manager to explain our experience. She left to grab one, but instead of a manager Hayley came back to deliver the new bill. They literally only took off 4% for my husband drinking mold from his mountain dew. So my husband is now not feeling well with stomach cramps. We weren't looking for a lawsuit or for a free meal. But we were wanting them to at least care that he had the chance of sickness with consuming mold from their ice machine. We will never be back after our experience. I can't understand how a higher level restaurant could serve such poor quality of cleanliness. Thank you again red lobster for having a manager that has no hospitality or love for her job. I just wished it could've been handled differently and more accordingly. Jazmine I would be ashamed of such poor quality...

My wife and I had a spontaneous night without our kids.
We were seated right away. Our server, Rhonda, came right to our table and took our drink order. She came back with our drinks their amazing rolls. Because the menu is new, we had questions about bairdi crab size vs snow crab size. Rhonda, amazing as she is, came up to the table with a lb of each to show us. This made our decision easy. We both ended up ordering the boil bag. The boil bags were comparable to other places I’ve had them. Charleston, and Little Rock. Nothing special compared but the price is a bit better than those places. Rhonda is now my favorite server. Her smile and energy was contagious. She made us laugh, and laughed with us. She did all of the great server things like keeping the drinks full and checked on us, the perfect amount. Because of her, my wife and I enjoyed our time together, and we were glad we could do it here. Rhonda was so great, I pulled a Karen and asked for a manager. I explained how lovely she was. If you decide to eat here, ask for her. She deserves employee of the year. If I owned a restaurant, I’d want her to serve everyone. Thank you Rhonda.

We showed up right at noon and with a full parking lot, we were able to get sat down right away. Our waiter came to our table and took our drink order right away, soon after returning with our drinks. He gave us a few minutes to get our orders together. Once he took our orders , or salads came fast. The rolls are delicious, and our food came fast, fresh and hot. The building and restrooms were clean. I’d recommend the ultimate feast, choosing the fresh broccoli as the side!
Stars: 5 because of our waiter Jack. He joked with us and treated us great. A true professional. When I asked for a discount, he didn’t act inconvenienced. he is the best I’ve had in...
Read moreNormally I have pleasant experiences at Red Lobster, but this past vist was not the case. My family went there to celebrate my grandma's 85th birthday. It was a bigger group, I admit, of about 13 people, and they sat us in the far dining room where they had space for us. The room we were in seemed to have no temperature control at all as it felt like we were sitting in 20 degree weather in the room. Then the temperature would change so drastically that it felt like we were sitting at the gates of hell. There was no in between. We waited 15 minutes for drinks (most of which were water), 30 minutes to even get a basket of biscuits on the table, and it was overall so slow. My aunt had asked upfront to have two waitresses attending to us since we were a bigger group to begin with, but that was ignored. The rest of the restaurant was not busy at all, and it was very clear that the room we were in was where the wait staff hangs out when they don't have tables. We'd be waiting twenty minutes to get a refill on water and there were three waitresses sitting not five feet from us just at a booth texting. Pretty irritating. When we spoke to the manager about what was happening, he just started popping into the room every half hour to tell us things would be out soon. All in all, the service was substandard. The food was great as per usual, but the experience was tainted a bit by how long everything took. The crazy part was that the food came out very quickly once we ordered it. It was just everything else that was crazy slow. We probably just got them on a bad night, but it was a bit frustrating being my grandmother's...
