KFC — Restaurant in Davenport

This restaurant needs better management as we were the only customers there and they tell us it will be a 20 minute wait for chicken as they have none and its only 3:00 pm not closing time so what are they doing standing around not being prepared for customers and I don't know very people would wait around 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant. We got our order and the girl said everything was in there as what I paid for got home and guess what missing biscuits but have plenty of butter & honey but no biscuits so I called and they were sorry and said come back in and they will give us our biscuits & dessert so my boyfriend went to them and asked about the dessert and they said no its not free and gave him 2 extra biscuits.... Never again at this location bad service & bad manners I'll go somewhere else where I can spend my money and get treated better and more...

I realize that the current economy has hurt businesses and quality employees are hard to find. But, when the local franchise of the national chain doesn't even know what is on their own online ordering page and refuses to honor the deal, that's bad business.

They had a promotion for a "sides meal" that included 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides. The restaurant was unaware of the promo and would not honor it.

We have lost faith in the chain prior to the pandemic and given them a couple of chances since. There has been no improvement. Yum brands are not with the times and sadly 3 famous brands may disappear because KFC, Pizza Hut and LJS don't want to acknowledge that other companies are competing in their marketplace.

We ordered our food, as we were sitting we discussed how the employees wouldn't like it if we were managers because they were just standing around talking and the lobby was dirty, tables and seats needed cleaned. Immediately a elderly customer came in and was told that they had to use the kiosk because they were too busy to wait on them! After he told the manager that he didn't know how she said that was the only way, 3 more customers came in at that time 2 elderly and a younger person all together the elderly man was a veteran! They were also told to use the kiosk to which he replied he didn't know how and was told that was the only way so they all left! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FOR STAFF!! We will never go back and advise everyone to stay away from there especially if you're elderly...
