I am so sick of going through this drive thru and the people working acting so rude!!! In specific I decided to leave this review because tonight I hit my limit. The lady working the menu taking my order was not paying attention to a word I was saying so I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then I got to the window and the guy working it first off was wearing a due rag. Which okay that's good I know your hair won't be in my food but it looks unprofessional to be serving me my food like that. Second, I said thank you multiple times and he literally did not say a work to me. I've worked years and years in customer service so I know the bad customers. I was being quite normal and polite so in no way rude or a "bad customer". His demeanor and facial attitude was not polite at all. I live very close to this Wendy's and we go there quite often. I'm so sick of the poor service that I'm thinking of driving all the way to 53rd just bc they have decent service. And to finish it off, how hard is it to make a flavored tea. I got a large berry cherry tea and it tastes like water with the smallest hint of berry. Can't taste tea. Can't taste the fruity flavors. When I called to ask why my sandwich didn't have tomato the girl said they had no tomato and that there was a large sign stating that(I didn't see sign) what if I couldn't read I thought this was very rude how she spoke to me! Read moreEvery single time that I have gone to this location, there has been an issue. Today, we went and the lobby doors were locked despite saying the lobby was open on the posted hours. There were no signs stating they were closed for dine-in. We went to the other lobby door and got in as it was unlocked. The moment we walked in we were loudly told that they were closed for dine in, with no explanations or apologies.
The time before this, I had pulled up to the drive through to order my food and the person on the speaker said “what do you want?” And I responded with “I’m sorry what was that, I didn’t quite hear ya”, And she responded with “What. Did. You. Want.” We just straight up left.
