I went to pick up my mobile order that I had placed this morning at 7:28am. This restaurant is listed EVERYWHERE I can find online (BK website, Google, Yelp, Facebook, localwiki, etc.) as opening at 6:00am and closing at 11:00pm. I arrived there this morning at 7:35am, sat it the drive-thru for about 5 minutes until I said hello about 3 times. Someone finally acknowledged that I was there and said, sorry we are closed right now, we'll open in 20 minutes, you can wait for your order until then if you want. I had to get to work in 20 minutes, so I did not have the time to wait for my order. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me (and multiple other people I know). They never open when they are supposedly scheduled to and they also never close when they are scheduled to. As of lately they are opening anywhere from 8:00am to 9:00am and they have been closing anywhere between 7:30pm to 9:00pm. If the hours have changed, that is fine, but they need to change there hours accordingly online and elsewhere. I understand there may be a staff shortage, but again this has been going on for awhile (at least about 6 months). The last time this happened, I was there at 8:30am and I could see employees walking around inside, nobody was answering in the drive-thru and the doors were locked. Read moreToday was the worst experience I've ever had. As a Google maps tour guide. I've never seen such a rude and obnoxious person ever. Sara and Michelle are great. But the window service today was mentally ill... She had issues. Needs to be fired. She would keep talking over me after telling her 4 times what I want and I buy the same thing here every day. I did everything I could to explain the order and she could not get it right. I finally said I would find another place. She started to ring up the order before I was done ordering the meal. I stopped at the window when she would speak over me and then shut the window on me. Clearly control issues. I will never trust the food here as long as she works there at Burger King in Davis CA...I will tell everyone to not go here because she is unstable. Bad job when you hire this one. Read moreAt approximately 4:pm on 5.22.2023, my wife and I purchased a Whopper Meal for dining our meal inside. We’ve eaten there before, and that same meal was delicious. We dined inside and a lady came and asked us if our meal was OK. We told her, yes. However, today the Whooper was very dry lacking and condiments, such as mustard, ketchup, mayo etc. The fries were cold, and we had to request a replacement order. I asked for some napkins and the young attendant offered me just 2. This BK must now be rationing napkins. The customer service, what there was of it, was dreadful. No one ever asked us about our satisfaction with our meal. In fact, when the young employee brought us replacement fries, which were in a takeout bag, when he handed the bag to me, he quickly did so without saying a word, turned, and then hastily moved away and toward the kitchen. Overall, this experience was appalling and (we) will no longer participate in this BK. We will tell others.
