It has been a few years since my last visit to Panda Express and things have not improved. I placed an online order and arrived 2 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes for one of the items ordered so I sat down to wait. 15 minutes pass, and the order was still not ready. I asked how much longer and received a snarkey response about them not serving raw chicken and it would be another 10 minutes. I asked if I could substitute the item for another item, which they did, as I needed to get to work and couldn't wait any longer. My original items had been sitting on the counter 15+ minutes and were cold. I ended up throwing out the chow mein because it was cold, hard and inedible. Overall, not a pleasant dining experience. I tried to keep an open mind but this restaurant confirmed you get what you pay for. I will not be back. I wonder if the quality of the food is any better when fresh? My guess is probably not. Sorry Panda Express...you can do better! 1 star poor customer service and 1 star low...
Read moreOrdered pick up through the Panda Express app. When I arrived there were 8 people waiting before me and the shelves with the pick up orders were full and out of reach. The girl so seemed in charge of the online orders was continuing to package new orders and not giving the older orders out. When he finally did about 10 minutes later she was in such a rush that she didn’t wait until a had a grasp of my food and dropped it. She did ask if I wanted it remade but I didn’t have time to wait for a whole other order so I said no. When I could finally eat, the broccoli beef seems under sauced and grey. Everything was barely even warm and no flavor for the chow mein and fried rice.
There needs to be more help and teamwork within the staff. With the girl rushing to put together online orders the cashier could’ve easily called out older orders in between helping the walk in line. Especially since that line seemed a lot...
Read moreGiving two stars because the food was good but the customer service was horrible. I wasn't greeted at all by anyone when I walked in and it wasn't do to them being busy. The lady that helped me I believe was the manager gave very small portions and to top it off the teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki. I went back to get it and again I was not greeted but this time ignored until the current customers food was served andi paid for. I understand continuing with serving the customer but at least recognize that the customer before this one is back to have his order fulfilled as ordered. While waiting for the customer to pay she begans restocking the fortune cookies instead of simply giving me the teriyaki that she forgot to give me from the start. And then to top it off she simply puts some in a small container and hands it to me with not even as much of a sorry. I will never return to this Panda...
