Phenomenal Ordering Experience! My Delivery Guru, Alexandra called to notify me that my order was minutes away from being delivered, and that was So Perfectly Timed🤩… however I will address that in a moment. I did have a question to ask her about how the transaction would proceed when involving a cash payment. I had not given information in the designated box as to where the placement of the money was to be. This was my first time ordering from Domino’s on the internet, and I didn’t want to complicate the transaction. Alexandra answered astutely and with a clear and detailed reassurance, we would both comply with complete adherence to Domino’s “No Contact” policy. Delivery Guru Alexandra placed my order exactly where I had instructed when I was placing my order on line, she knocked, I barley made it downstairs without biffing it…(I wanted to get a glimpse of the kind articulate, and punctual individual that I had so briefly interacted with yet already left a lasting impression on me) I excitedly collected my order with accompanying plates, napkins and plasticware then I spun around looking toward the street. Hustle makes it happen in the delivery world and the Guru was no rookie! She was already well beyond the 6’ safety measures and at the rear of her Delivery Mobile however, when I bellowed out my thanks she stopped and turned towards me and took of her protective mask. That, is when I saw her. In my exited state I might’ve repeated my gratitude, but my wishing her to have a “Great rest of her night”was most Sincere. She responded with a smile and thanks. We went our separate ways, and here we are now! Thank You Domino’s! And Thank You, Delivery Guru Alexandra!! You Rock!! The End Oh!! I almost forgot!! So, Domino’s sent me the ETA and the the first stage confirmation of my order, nanoseconds after I placed it! I saw that I had a few minutes before my order was to be delivered, so I continued about the business I was engaged in prior to ordering food. I was inputting my sensitive banking data into a website to complete my first online gift order for my older brother’s birthday which is around the corner. I was very excited about my purchase of the 1995 MTV-Oddities production of Sam Keith’s “The Maxx” Complete Series on Blue-Ray. I had been given a VHS copy of the show in the early 2000’s, but my brother and I were very much into comic books and collected them quite diligently in the past. He, more than I was a HUGE fan of “The Maxx” when it first appeared at our local (and now long gone) comic store, “The Keep.” After my multiple attempts of incorrectly entering the required information (over the internet on my phone) to proceed with my gift purchase, I triple-checked the info and I was positive that I had done it properly, so I tapped the now coveted Royal Blue “Proceed To CheckOut” icon. As soon as I tapped it, my mobile phone rang in my hand causing quite a startle as you can imagine. Who would be calling me at this hour?! (as I took notice of the displayed area code…where my older brother now resides!! That’s right. I immediately thought that I had accidentally sent the wrong address for the Movie and/or the Domino’s, and in doing so, the web-police notified my brother and he was now calling me… I uttered an awkward greeting when I finally grew a pair and answered the phone. You can probably imagine my not so silent relief and surprise when the voice on the other end was none other than My Delivery Guru Alexandra, calling to give me the 2 minute warning. Complete relief of my panic gave way to my immediate need for her to verify that she was in fact calling from out-of-state number and how profoundly the coincidence happened to be. The delivery Guru agreed with the rarity of incident and we shared a momentary chuckle. She then proceeded to field the question I spoke about earlier, and professionally completed her job as I described. Thank You, and All The Best, Alexandra!😊🙏The Timing Of It All was just too cool of a coincidence for us to be reppin for the 239 at the exact same moment, in...
Read moreTheir pizza is very very good. I recommend the Pacific veggie or extravagganza. They probably have some of the best pizza in Dayton. They also are one of the few who have gluten free pizza! Which is very important for my wifey.
Their website USED to be a little buggy. It once seriously emptied a $15 gift card without letting me use it.. I tried at a later date at this location and they told me that it was empty. So, I'm out $15. They offered me a $5 discount on a future order because the website wouldn't take my card.
I've had no issues with other payment methods. We still order their pizza pretty exclusively.
EDIT: Their website has improved tremendously and one time they wrote me a card and gave a $5 gift certificate when they forgot to add extra sauce. Moving from 4 star to 5 star since their website has improved and they make good pizza.
EDIT: Domino's is a high quality company. They are willing to admit their mistakes and fix them! They put the customer first. They consistently will hear the customers problem and fix it, without question, even if they lose money. That makes a company 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.
Most recently, we ordered a pizza with extra sauce and they forgot the extra sauce. So they gave us a credit for a free large specialty pizza. They apologized and made it right....
Read moreI love the mushroom delight hoagie but I'm not a fan of the pizza but that isn't why I only gave 1 star. Earlier tonight I wanted a hoagie and my kids wanted pizza so after seeing online a large 2 topping was only 5.99 I called. Sadly that price was only carry out so I thought ok it is probably only 2 or 3 dollars more but to my surprise I was told it was 17 dollarsfor the pizza then I asked what a large cheese pizza cost and was told 12 bucks. At that point I said I'm calling someone else and was told have fun so clearly not only was there price gouging but also a lack of caring a customer was not doing business with your location. 5 days ago I got a large 3 topping pizza from Marion's for 17 bucks a higher end local place offered 1 more topping than a run of the mill chain place that is supposed to be cheap. So what I did after I hung up I called the papa johns that is across the street from your location ordered a large cheese for 9 bucks and breadsticks for 5 bucks. For 3 dollars less than what you wanted to charge me for a large 2 topping I called your competitor and got a meal that has a better taste seriously what...
