Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Dayton

I am a regular customer now at the Wayne Avenue Donatoes for a past couple years. I've boycotted the page manner store that delivers to my house because of bad service and not being able to get my order right. So I drive to Wayne Avenue to get my big Don and pizza. I've had a few problems with extra banana peppers on my subs and pizza but Amanda the manger that has gotten to know me as I am a regular has made it right I come and talk to her personally and everything is fixed. Awesome staff and crew and very understanding keep up the good work and friendly service you deserve 10 stars not five. UPDATE 1/25/17 Okay now working on me boycotting this one the only time I get my order right is when the manger is working 3rd time this week they have screwed it up but I checked my order before I left this time and it was wrong. I guess the Only time I'm eating here again is when the mgr is working close...

They did not uphold the credit of $25 on my account. One day i calles in for a hand tossed pizza. I end up getting thin crust. They had a habit of giving me thin crust. The manager that day said he was training like four ppl and some one goofed. When i said this is a habbit of theirs, he said he will put 'hand tossed only' and a $25 credit. This was last month.

Today is at the end of the month and ive been salivating for pizza. I called to talk with someone in a call center she said, ' saw the credit' and will call in to confirm the credit. After a qhile on hold, the libe qas deopped. I xallws in ro speak to GM...BUT the line kept ringing so i called back and spoken to an employee. He said he will verify the credit with GM. He came back and said no credit on the account.

How can the person at the call center see it but GM today say no credit.

Called to order for delivery. I was told it would be over an hour and if I picked it up it would be faster. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived I was told they forgot to make the breadsticks. Three minutes I was told. I paid and waited. Twenty minutes later I asked for a refund. I will never give my business to donatos.

So they came put with the new califlour pizza crust. I came back against my better judgment to give them another try. I have ordered now three times this month. My last order was over 50 dollars. It took well over an hour and a half to be delivered. I live three blocks from the store. When I called about my order all I got was we are really behind.
