Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Dayton

I actually saw a cook drop chicken on the floor and put it in the flour, I was so out done. After explaining what happened to the team supervisor he took my number down and said he was gonna talk to his boss but nothing ever came of it. The whole situation was a mess cause I was waiting on chicken but my chicken should have already been coming up. Not the chicken in the flour. So they got mad at what I saw and gave me my money back. So I didn't get my chicken because I saw their wrong doing... The bad part about it is there was a sink right there by him. Aww I was so heated and disgusted and I've eaten here before many time. But this day the disrespect, the ignorance and the total lack of judgement of the staff was at an all time low. And to make it worst I knew I wasn't gonna get a call from their manager, so I'm writing this review to let everyone know they nasty and they really don't care about cleanliness. Used to be good, but food quality has went down which is typically what happens when you get comfortable. They are still pretty decent on speed but the food is not that great. The chicken and fish is alright because the fryer does most of the cooking but if you order a cheesesteak or any other sandwich like a gyro or something, you are going to be upset. The tomatoes are always old and soggy. You may see a brown lettuce or two. And the meat is of the poorest of quality. I give them two stars because its still a chance for them to reclaim glory by simply just selling fresh and not outdated products. The speed is there. But the food...

I have a video where I got a fish and chips dinner from there, I had a piece of fake hair weave in my fish fried in my fish!!! I took it right back it was a long blue piece of weave just like the cashier had in her hair, the cook said that's her hair, she said no it's not, he got mad at me cause I wanted my money back , he wouldn't give me my money back, just tried to make me a new dinner den took 45mins with the new dinner, I'm filing a lawsuit against them!!!
