Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dayton

I went in during a dinner rush stood at the counter for about four minutes was stared in my face by a couple of employees before the manager appeared rushing in from outside smelling like cigarette didn't say hello or asked me had I been helped didn't wash her hands put gloves on and immediately started making food. The manager and one of the employees already making food started talking back and forth to one another about where she had been, and did she enjoy her break, that it must be nice to get to go outside and smoke so often, and she cursed at him and response "F* You! I came in when it counted didn't I?" Someone must've ordered the wrong lids for the large cops because they didn't fit at all , there were no drink carriers in the lobby where I had been directed that they were by one of the employees , and when my food came I noticed I was missing a cinnamon twist so I told The young man that had been arguing back and forth with the manager that I was missing one , he said "I can't get it I'm counting my drawer" which he proceeded to count on the front counter . I know this to be against a Taco Bell policy and a fireable offense because anyone could walk up to the counter and take the money . He hollered over his shoulder without specifically telling anyone that we needed another cinnamon twist that we were missing one . I stood for a couple of moments waiting to see if anyone was going to get it for me, but no one did. I finally made eye contact with the young lady who had taken my order who was now taking orders at the drive-through, she nodded her head and grabbed me another cinnamon twist and apologized for the young man's behavior . I ordered three crunchy tacos and a bean and cheese burrito which they placed on top of my three crunchy tacos breaking the shell of one totally in half. . They mixed up the tacos from my daughter's combo and my combo . So essentially they had attempted to put them in in 2 separate bags but didn't, she had 3 Doritos Locos tacos and I had 3 regular crunchy tacos but they mixed them all up. My bean and cheese burrito had large chunks of dry hard brands, and hardly any nacho cheese and it was all at one end . Only giving three stars because I like the third shift crew and their quality of food. They are getting my starts, NOT Melissa the smoking...

Ok soooo I just had to write. When I come here the food has always been hot fresh and tasty. I mean it’s always better than what I expect to get from a fast food restaurant and I really appreciate that. Yesterday my order was wrong but the manager Eric was super nice and allowed me to come get a replacement. The staff yesterday were so nice friendly and the service was freakishly fast at the front counter. I appreciate that as well. I went today on my lunch break and again super friendly fast service fresh hot food you can’t ask for anything more. I literally just left there maybe 10min before I wrote this. The whole crew there I just want to say THANKS FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE!!! The last ten times I have ordered food here through the drive-thru, they put 3 or 4 tiny pieces of cheese on my tacos, even if I order extra cheese, which they charge me for. Tons of lettuce, not needed. I didn't order lettuce tacos.Tonight, I ordered a taco with sour cream, (I always order sour cream), and said, "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, put extra cheese on my taco!" The guy working the drive thru was nice enough. I got home, and there's actually cheese on my taco! Surprise! Not the extra cheese I was charged for, but at least enough that I could see it this time! But I also always order sour cream on my tacos, and guess what? NO SOUR CREAM, even though I was charged for it! I've had it with this Taco Bell! From now on, I'll drive the extra half mile to Airway!
