Will not ever go here again. I rather go to Valparaiso which is the same amount of distance from my house. Why? Let me explain.. I ordered my food inside of Dairy Queen to eat at Dairy Queen NOT to go. I went to get my drink and I noticed every table in there was dirty therefore my daughter and I decided to eat outside. My seven year old daughter and I stood by the fridge, where Dairy Queen keeps their cakes etc. We weren’t in anyone’s way, whenever I thought we would be in someone’s way, I would move and apologize, that wasn’t often though. This girl walked past me that worked at Dairy Queen and said is your order for here or to go? I said my order is for here but if you want to bag it up, I don’t mind, whatever works better for you. She said since your order is for here you need to take a seat and we will bring you your order. I responded and stated that my daughter and I were going to sit outside once we got our food. She said go outside and sit and we will bring you your food, rudely. The girl that took my order originally, she was amazing. When she brought my food to my daughter and I outside she was kind and thoughtful. The girl that I encountered while I stood there waiting made it an awful experience. I went back today Saturday August 14th and once again order several meals. I ordered the tenders with gravy. When I get to the window I asked her if she can please make sure I get gravy as I didn't get any last time. She says ok. I get asked to park up in the spot as my order would hold up the line.
They come out with one bag. Crammed in the small bag is all of the food to the rim. I get home and once again there is no gravy.
I think customer service needs to be addressed. Trying to make numbers to look good when customer service is sacrificed is not a good...
Read moreMy ice cream was really good; the rest of my experience was not. I was one of the first few in a long line. All I had ordered was a peanut buster parfait. The person that has taken my order accidentally gave my parfait to another customer (the customer that received the parfait knew they didn't order it and took it and ate it in front of me anyway) so I stood and watched all the people that came after me get their food and leave. It was really embarrassing to watch somebody else take the ice cream that I ordered and eat it. That is all I think about now every time that I think of this...
