Taco Bell — Restaurant in De Pere

I would give them 0 stars if I could but that’s not an option. I pulled into the drive through with no cars in it. When ordering there was a minor miscommunication with the number of crunch wraps. The person taking my order immediately accuses me of having too much to drink. As a person who struggled with alcoholism who has been 5 years sober this was extremely offensive and disrespectful. Once this miscommunication was solved he then continued to be hostile throughout the entire process of taking my order. I asked to speak with a manger and it was him. When politely speaking about the incident the manger continued to be rude and hostile. I am from the south and not from Wisconsin and everyone has been more than nice but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. It was by far my worst ever fast...

Don’t go to this Taco Bell if it is after 8pm (or ever). Orders are more often then not made incorrectly, or they will just say at 11pm they can’t make the order and charge it to your card anyway. Called the manager of the store, she said she can’t refund it, and I would have to call when the district manager was they were in. Tonight was my last straw with this place when the employee told me they don’t know how to cut onions or make guac (guac is more understandable) then proceeded to mess up every item on the order that didn’t have the missing ingredients. Nice new building, though it is very small. They definitely built it to serve most of the food through the drive-thru or take-out. Also, the parking lot is very small and the employees take all of the closest spaces. I only noticed because when I pulled up I thought it seemed pretty busy but I was the only customer in the building. Also, I placed an order online but they didn't make it, so I had to wait around for my food anyway. I would have just gone to the window, but it did give me time to observe the restaurant.
