This is a sham & a shame. I only happened to be in the Desoto area today & was told they have really good food, NOT. I ordered the hot wings. I specifically ordered all flats even though the person taking my order hollered to the worker in the back there all flats. Had to wait almost. 20 minutes for them. They were hot but tasted like day old chicken or some nasty chicken that's been in the grease once already & they're not flats. They were so hard I could barely bite into it. They were over salted too, they should understand that doesn't make them spicy . My partner ordered as well and got chicken fried rice that tasted like fish and most of the rice was still white. Now you know that's not even right! But worst of all is the very unfriendly customer service especially during this pandemic. I couldn't even go inside to return & had to wait thru the drive-thru again which was about another .10 minutes to get a refund with the CSR sounding very sarcastic, saying do you want more or a refund.... duh really. But I noticed as the 2 cars in front of me were also returning their orders as well, and you know that to me is a sign I can see that shows don't come here...
Read moreI was told by my neighbor about this restaurant and he talks about it all the time so I was in the area and decided that I would stop in and give them a try. But I didn't actually go in the dining room I went to the drive through. They have a very big menu to choose from so I was kind of skeptical about what I was going to eat although I love chicken but I also saw that they serve gizzard so I tried those . I don't know if that was my best decision because they were so good I began to wonder if the rest of the food tastes the same and if the chicken tastes like the gizzards I'm a customer for life. Read moreThe staff are not conscientious. I asked for shrimp. There was no courteous to ask if I wanted cocktail sauce or tartar. They gave me tarter sauce in which I do not eat. I asked for corn on the cob and they gave me the nasty instant potatoes with the gravy. So I tried to call maybe ten minutes after I left to let them know and they DO NOT ANSWER the phone which is irritating. Therefore, I will have to save my ticket and get a refund or get corn the next time. Why be in service and not answer the phone. Come on! Be accountable. Pay attention to your orders and verify with the person in line of the drive through. Gas is too high to drive back! Plus think that if you mess up an order that you have to deliver it. Maybe that will make you have better...
