Al Watan bakery NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!! This family owned bakery has DELICIOUS pie options to choose from! They also make special manousha! My favorite is the turkey pie manousha! Donāt be fooled by those aggressive comments below; this place is AWESOME! I drive all the way from Ann Arbor at least weekly for their pies and their turkey manoucha!!! Their food is so delicious and hits the spot! They have never disappointed in their food and their customer service. Iāve always been treated with respect & their customer service has always been great. Iām somewhat a regular customer and Iāve experienced rude customers come in, act entitled, and rude to the employees and the owners in regards to the timing because their families are hungry. Most of the time Iām in and out. A couple of times iāve waited patiently giving their so busy and their so many of them working non stop. The aggressive comments below in regards to timing and how long food hasnāt learned patiences. People just need to understand that a place this good will always be busy, so if your not patient during their busy times just donāt go there!! However, to try to slander and shout-out another location because of how you approached the people working tells a lot about your character.

Maybe the regular customers like there items swimming in oil but not me it got all over me my car and anything that was near it. The taste was less then average I expected a decent taste at least from there reviews but Iām beginning to learn reviews are not good to rely on maybe they are friends trying to help the buisness or community members or something but just wasnāt what was advertised per previous reviews. Even the sujok, it was simply seasoned beef I never had sujok like that and sujok is usually more of a reddish color but much different here. Maybe itās a different type of sujok style Iām not sure but Iām a fan of the more common red beet colored sujok with a spicy taste which definitely was not present here. This my option from my experiences maybe this is what their customers like which ok but Iām not a fan respectfully especially of a zaatar with massive amounts of oil making the bread soggy and a mess every where I prefer the clean no oil drip and traditional sujok not a seasoned ground beef mind as well been Kafta instead of being...

The second one was a pizza with pepperoni and black olives, it was alright the bread was on point as well. When i came pay my order it was a WHOPPING $17.77!! I don't understand how much the price added up to that. The lady at the counter did not give me a receipt. I didnt want to make a scene i would be embarrassed. Anyone i would mention this to had a similar experience (Good but pricey food) Honestly that's just TOO MUCH. Im not dining in at a fancy bakery thats off a beach coast or something. We are all working hard to make a living! There's no way I can recommend this for a family. You're going to walk out paying $50-$60 for some bread and cheese! That's absurd! I can get 5-6 pounds of steak for the family and do a BBQ for that amount!! Making a boat probably barely...
