Last year, I drove an hour and a half to pick up a quart of ice cream to take home with me, When I asked for a bag of ice to keep it cold, I was told they didn’t have any. After insisting, they finally admitted they did, but charged me $5 for a very small bag just big enough to barely fit the ice cream.
This time, I was told they would provide ice when I asked before paying. But after the transaction, I was suddenly told they didn’t have any ice after all. I asked them to cancel my order and walked out.
