Buffs Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn

Honestly I been hearing mixed reviews on this place, so I went and tried it myself, I order 3 subs and a Khalazone, the subs was probably the best I eat in Dearborn, and my parents said they loved the khalazone, when I went to get my food the cashier guy welcomed me, good customer services. The place was nicely clean. What I liked about this place is they have 2 big TVs and it shows all the food they make. I didn’t have to have a cringe moment with the cashier about what I want and if I was undecided of what I want. Literally looked at the TVs took my time and told them what I want. By the way their ranch is not bad to, loved the ranch but that’s my opinion though. Also what I like about this restaurant is they close late at night I think at 3 at night. So I like if I’m hungry at night I can order at night to which is fantastic, not only that they do deliveries at night to, which is also fantastic to, I don’t need to get out of my bed, literally they delivered it right to my house. And what I noticed about the delivery guy is he doesn’t step on my grass which is a good thing and very polite full to. Honestly I would give this restaurant a 5 star, if you look at the back they all have gloves and masks, their meat is well cooked, tried the pizza before it’s well cooked to and has that amazing taste, and their wings has 20 or more sauces you can choose from to get sauced, well cooked to. And also i’v tried their mac&cheese bites and mozzarella sticks, the cheese is slapping I did hear a bad review about their mozzarella sticks cheeze being into waste honestly I disagree their mozzarella sticks were fine. Their fries is not bad and they do have dine in to, never eat there but there tables are honestly well cleaned to me to be honest!! Amazing Pizza, But Repeated Order Errors Make Takeout Impossible

This review is difficult because the quality of the food at this pizza place is genuinely fantastic. It’s the only reason I endure the 40-minute drive from Rochester Hills to Dearborn. The chicken pizza is delicious, and I consider the food to be among the best in the area. However, the operational mistakes are so frequent and egregious that they ruin the entire experience and make placing a takeout order a complete gamble. The Problem: I have repeatedly ordered the chicken pizza for pickup, only to get home and find a Steak Pizza in the box. This has happened multiple times. For a customer driving 80 minutes round trip, this error is unacceptable and shows a profound lack of care and attention to detail when fulfilling orders. When I call to explain the mistake, the staff apologizes and assures me it won't happen again, yet the same error is repeated. It is clear that the staff is either severely disorganized or fails to communicate order details accurately. The owners and staff need to understand that the quality of the food is completely overshadowed by these consistent, costly, and incredibly inconvenient mistakes. I placed an order over the phone. Upon arriving, I walked towards the bathroom and the cashier told me bathroom is out of order in a disrespectful manner assuming I hadn’t placed an order. He went on to swear it was out of order. I paid for my bill and sat in my car waiting for my food to be ready. I observed people walking in and using the bathroom without being yelled at from across the restaurant or discriminated against. Not a single other customer was prevented from entering the “out of order” bathroom. I confronted the cashier and he didn’t know what to say. Very racist cashier.
