Joe and Mason Agemy have become our household butchers. Best shortribs I've ever had came from their store. I've come to rely on them for holiday cuts of meat too, like Leg of Lamb, Rack/Chops and Prime Rib. Recently we discovered their frozen burger patties. I was skeptical about frozen patties at first but now I make sure we always have a box in the freezer for burgers, chili, spaghetti etc. Forget butcher box and omaha steaks, just put a call in for a monthly order and shop local. Nice little meat market. I've got the thickest best cuts of meat and the freshest meat I've come to see. My go-to place for steak whole chickens Etc.. Produce is always fresh as is the meat you want to purchase. Polish kielbasa very well priced and a favorite of mine. Store carries simple Necessities that sometimes you can't find anywhere else. Fresh and delicious beef from there farm.Beef specify cuts and hamburger patties ready to take for a picnic. They are one of the few but butcher to still break sides of beef in house. And there short ribs , lamb ,poultry and pork are all tender and flavorful. This store and family never disappoints. They are also having fresh bread for sale from local Oakwood Bakery.Been shopping there...
