I've had the misfortune to give these guys a second chance... The production is little because the quality is unbelievably terrible. The guy who runs everything has no clue that he actually needs management to help get better production yet he does everything to save money instead. There are no tools to work with. I had to bring all if my own just to do my job. Also when the current acting plant manager warns you of treachery before the snake strikes is a plus. This place is a joke and has changed ownership several times because they cannot stay positive on the earnings. If you're looking for work fyi everyone is already looking for the door there. The temp service they use is operated by a belligerent drunk. Tony the main boss has no clue how operate this plant and lacks the will want and way to fix it. I hope that the fellas can get their fair pay elsewhere. This isn't the spot if you want to collect a decent wage. A father of 2 can easly qualify for welfare while working...

Disorganized shop with incompetent management who don't know how to put a solid plan together, leaving staff confused and misled. Then poorly treat the staff for mistakes they never made....
