If I could leave zero stars or negative stars for service I would I pulled up and I ordered a burger a meal and it was a large meal with crinkle fries I asked the lady on the other end of the microphone if I want I wanted them cooked to order and if she knew that that meant fresh out of the oil she said yes but when I pull up to the window and ask again where those french fries fresh out of the oil I was told yes by the lady whose name is on my receipt she's only doing her job because the manager told her that I specifically asked are they fresh out of the oil she said yes I pulled away I pulled back around I went to the box I said hey man I specifically asked for these fries to be fresh out of the oil and I was told three times that they were these fries are cold I said in line for 10 minutes the manager comes out in her little black outfit and her little thing and says give me your cold fries and hands me a bag of hot fries and I said you know I asked three times if they're if they were fresh out of the oil and and all she could say was you have your fries now I'm handicapped and can't get out and then the lady who was working the window giving out the food was told by the manager to tell me to move along go I called corporate we do that we do reviewing a fast food restaurants on whether they can listen to orders whether they give you the right order how long you sit around waiting for them to ask you for your order lot of good things nobody ever makes a complaint and that's why people are like that and the reason workers are are do what they want and aren't very good workers it's because management does the stuff that they do to me manager walked out with her fries while her two people that were in there watch out the window your management team sucks especially the girl manager that was taken care of orders at 8: 8:00 August 16th Saturday by far the rudest interaction I've ever had and then she has the nerve to tell her employee to to tell me to move on and go she was only doing her job but she she she she should have told her manager that's not how you treat people what's on my...
Read moreI came here on 09-06-2023 and I didn't have a good experience. I ordered my meals through the drive through and I didnt realize until I got home that I was missing two combo's. I called the restaurant and explained what was missing and they asked could I come back so I did. When I got there they gave me a food bag so this time I checked it and the chicken was there but not the fries. I said politely that they forgot my fries and then the manager comes to the window and says he already helped me out and I need to go. I said how did you help me when I purchased my food and I made it all the way home to find out I was missing 2 combos so where are my fries and he replied hes not giving me any fries because fries dont come with combos and to get out his line. So the manager starts to become irate and he told me pull my truck over in the parking lot so that he could fight me and I said I am not leaving or parking anywhere until I get my fries. I called the police on him and he was getting belligerent with the police. I asked him what was his name and he refused to give it and covered has badge. He then walked out the restaurant trying to argue and the police officer yelled at him and told him to get back in the restaurant because he was not listening then he says If I didnt leave in 2 minutes he was going to call Dearborn Police on me while the Dearborn Police Officer was standing there like are you serious because he is the police. I feel that manager does not need to be an employee there anymore or he needs to go through restorative practices and demoted because he obviously abuses his positon of power within that workplace and Im pretty sure that is an uncomfortable workplace for the employees. Read moreY'all won't believe this story, if I told you.... they called the police on us. Read until the end for the $ amount. Went to the Sonic on Ford Road in Dearborn Hts, MI today and ordered chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, fries, and three drinks. We received the order and the food was cold. The manager comes to the window and says, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said," What do you mean, what do you want to do?" "I want you to correct it." And then I said, "Never mind, here is the food back, just give me the money." She tells us this long story about the general manager being next door at the Coldstone/Tim Hortons and will have to come over and open the register. We say ok and then a worker with an attitude comes up and says, "I'm on the phone with the owner and he is saying that he won't give you your money back." I'm like huh?!?!? How do we go from the general manager walking over to the owner being on the phone saying that we can''t get a refund. Then we say we are not leaving until we get the money back and they call the Dearborn Heights Police on us..... This was not a hostile situation in anyway shape or form. The police come and are of no help. They say well they will remake the food for you. Would y'all take food from someone who called the police on you? Asking for a friend?
