I've personally never been here, but my dad DID go here this week. He's been wanting to try this place for a long time. He bought a lasagna, 2 pepperoni rolls, and a garlic bread to go. The pepperoni rolls were trash. There was like 8 pieces in a giant roll. So 90% of the roll was just plain bread. The lasagna we had to cook ourselves. We did . And it tasted like.... Lasagna. No better or worse than what you'd try from Meijer or something. Onto the garlic bread. It was a half of a loaf. Cut long ways. Smothered in butter and herbs. But it didn't soak all the way through.... So half of your slice of garlic bread is just plain stale white bread.

This place didn't amaze me. I wasn't super thrilled. I definitely won't be going back.

I've looked at the pictures that people have posted. That is NOT what they served us. The pepperoni rolls were embarrassing. I've seriously had better at a gas station....

UPDATE 2025 Dear Mr President of Dearborn Italian Bakery. I do have my facts straight because I was employed by this establishment and after WITNESSING EVERYTHING and trust me there is a whole lot more I didn’t disclose. I sir moved on to an AUTHENTIC establishment where employees are treated with respect. Let me be the FIRST to advise all customers; the ONLY items they prepare from scratch are pizza dough, sub rolls, pizza rolls, meat & marinara sauce, meat lasagna. #1 They DO NOT bake ANY cookies, pastries, cakes, pies. EVERYTHING is purchased from an outside source. #2 They buy stouffer‘s vegetable lasagna; remove Stouffer’s foil lid and put on a foil lid with their label on it. THAT’S A FACT! #3 The small hot bar also consists of pre-made food from an...

The best italian bakery in Michigan.

I go here for lunch atleast once a week and usually my breakfast club at work orders the breakfast pizza every month. The breakfast pizza is the best ive ever had. Not sure how they do it, but its the perfect blend of egg and cheese.

there other pizzas are great and you can get them by the slice. All of the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. On my most recent trip I had a 6 inch pulled pork with cheddar cheese. It was more than enough to fill me up. This is an italian bakery so they have any and everything for your italian dish. Spices, deli meats, desserts, wine, whatever; they have it.

The service is good too. The people are friendly even though the bakery is routinely busy or at least the times I visit. This is a must visit if you're...

I used to come here when I was in middle school, and now I've been coming here again with a middle schooler of my own! I started coming back here in February of 2023, after a 20 year hiatus The first few times I was pretty put off by one specific employee's apparent attitude. Her attitude was just awful. I'm going to assume my review got passed along, or she just chilled out, idk, because she hasn't been rude to me ever since. The food though is SO good! Just like I remember! Its consistently made well. Also, I love that they have some staple foods to buy there when you want to make your own Italian foods. It's so nice being able to go there for whole milk mozzarella instead of having to go all the way to Kroger

Exceptional home made and delicious Italian food. Prices are good and there is a wide variety of choices for meals and dessert. I recommend the lasagna, the spinach and cheese pizza and the tiramisu. Give this place a try if you are in the area and want to have Italian food. $14 for 2 slices of pizza, lasagna, a cabbage roll, 2 spinach pies, and a tiramisu.

This place has been here for decades. If you want home cooked meals, fresh bread, pasteries or breakfast pizza - this is the place. The breakfast pizza is awesome! The staff is knowledge and friendly. They also have a small grocery section with specialty items from Italy. Make sure you stop in and try some of the food.
