I honestly love the piece I purchased from Jude Jewelry, but I can’t shake the feeling that I was played. Before buying, I specifically asked the sales associate how much per gram I’d be paying, and she told me $136/gram. I trusted that ( which is my fault) only to come home, do a simple calculation, and realize I was actually charged $144/gram.
I understand it’s imported, with tariffs and all of that, but it’s still ridiculous the amount they are having people pay. That’s not just expensive, it feels deceptive. This is haram. I don’t understand how jewelers can sleep at night knowing they’re taking advantage of hardworking people who save every dollar just to invest in a small piece of gold for their future. Gold is supposed to be a form of savings, but with prices like this, it feels more like exploitation.
Beautiful jewelry means nothing if it comes with dishonesty. Please, know what you are actually paying, don’t just take their word for it. I truly hope this business rethinks how it treats...
Read moreJude Jewelry had a decent selection of jewelry, but their customer service left much to be desired. While the 3% credit card fee was reasonable, the issues we encountered with a bracelet purchase were frustrating.
Initially, we bought a bracelet as a gift that was too small, they allowed an exchange within 3 days but we ended up keeping it for my baby niece. The new bracelet I bought again the next day, had a sharp edge on the butterfly charm that scratched and poked my sister's wrist after just a couple hours of wear on Eid. When we tried to get it buffed or exchanged, the staff was dismissive, claiming it had "all these scratches" despite being brand new.
Their unwillingness to stand behind their product or offer a simple solution was disappointing. The bracelet should not have had such a defect straight out of the box. For a jewelry store, their lack of care for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would not recommend Jude Jewelry based on this...
Read moreSo they have great quality jewelry but the customer service is just unorganized. -I literally have a $10 credit. (Probably more from the mix up) -I was also told when I purchased the bracelet that they would extend the bracelet out free of charge since it wasn’t that much. Of course I go pick it up a couple weeks later and talked to a new person and he charged me $10
Like I said I like the jewelry, but it might be a cultural difference in customer service but I just don’t appreciate being told multiple things. He asked the original associate that I was dealing with and she kind of blew it off, because she was currently in the middle of a sale.
From my personal experience I will never shop there again. But I think it’s worth a stop in since they have reasonable prices, just make sure that you keep track of what is being said to you. Not really good on the customer service...
