HOT & PUFF — Restaurant in Dearborn

$12 for a basic standard hamburger. Prime beef doesn't even cost that much. Ford's garage has Prime beef and they're not even $12 for a basic hamburger. And they're twice the size of you guys.

If you order ahead of time, you'll be waiting in line when you walk in for all other customers to place their orders first. Terrible process! The Pop machine leaking water all over the floor, A girl almost fell from the water and Still, it wasn't cleaned up, even after she screamed at them to do so. Trash bin overflowing, only one when two are needed. Only 3 workers when 6 are needed. Young polite guy on counter but absolutely no experience whatever on how to talk with customers. Hamburger is twice the price of any other comparable burger. It was Great though. Fries were terrible. Notes weren't followed on online order. Unpleasant loud crowd dining in while you wait. Text message says food is ready but wasn't for 20 minutes longer.

Many issues that need to be addressed. Owner, you need to be there or you need to hire somebody who is dedicated to it's success, not kids in the back working slow and not pre-cooking burgers considering you have 500+ tickets. Tighten up!

UPDATE: 3 months later... Decided to give them another shot. Still a Great burger I can't lie, but $12 for a McDonalds size burger is ridiculous! It's worth $4-$5 MAX!! 3 bites and its done. It is 1/8th of a pound, no joke! They are charging $100 per pound of beef at this rate. It's just wrong! Gouging at it's best! Cheapest bun possible too. Fries are still terrible and still can taste the freezer burn off them. Fry bag must be kept...

No reservations are needed. Walked right in. When we grabbed a menu, the pictures were not very clear, and the descriptions were very vague. When I went to order for dine-in the food assistant at the register, it was not welcoming. I spoke and out the gate, nothing other than "what are you ordering?" I placed the order, and we sat down. It was very cold in the building. I went to try to wash my hands, and someone had locked the door and left the water running. 😒 When someone finally realized the door was locked they people working there went into a small panic. Rightfully so, because they thought someone was in there and needed help. It took 45 minutes for us to get our meal, and King Lemonade said both the lemonade and the fountain drink were nasty. The blueberry mojito was just blue soda with a slice of lemon in it. BUT the meal was good. The chicken sandwich was good. Thin piece of chicken but still flavorful and good, the wings were nicely sauced, and the hotdogs and fries were good as well per K.L. It was a lot going on in that restaurant, to say the least. Imagine with me that you call and order your food and repeat more than a thousand times until your order is correct, then you ask how long and they answer you after 10 minutes, then you arrive after 15 minutes and the restaurant is empty, then you wait 20 minutes and the food comes out after waiting, then you go home to eat and find that your food is wrong, then you call customer service to tell them about the mistake and they answer you rudely, so you answer respectfully and ask about the manager and he says rudely, I am the manager, a disaster in this restaurant, no customer service or anything, you will go to them and come back disappointed, they take pictures and advertise something and the reality is horrific and very bad.
