Burger King — Restaurant in Dearborn

7/4/19 I went to this Burger King this morning around 10:45 am . I was honestly craving the Burger King french toast . So I went I ordered a frappe , 2 orders of the 5 PC french toast , hash browns and 2 cookies . I asked for the food to be dropped fresh , the young lady that took my order was so professional and nice. I waited for my order , I got my order and immediately opened it due to excitement. The french toast were room temperature, clearly not cooked fresh and felt awkward not stale just hard , the cookies were literally cold and the hasbrowns were a little under room temp. So I got back in line . The African American manager came to the window , with an attitude , she was so rude , that I no longer felt bad for myself and trying to consume food that I know for a fact is not good for me . I felt bad for the coworker - this is their leader . I train employees for various companies , so this was just an extreme shock . I am disgusted that burger King could hire someone that behaves and conducts business in that manner. I will never in my life go to a Burger King again . I went to Panera bread & got a healthy breakfast. I am happy that the food wasn't fresh and I couldn't consume it . ..just saddened that those employees are following behind a horrible manger (leader) Burger King ,please do better. This...

I have been there a few times in the last month and the service was very slow each time. I must have waited nearly a half hour for my order, a grilled chicken combo, one extra, a coupon order. There were only 2 orders ahead of mines and the drive thru was not very busy. By the time the chicken was ready, they were just dropping my onion rings. I asked them to upgrade to a large instead of the small of the inconveniennce and there lack of coordination of managing the orders. The cashier said that they could not do that. I saw the cook dumped them out and leave them there without bagging them up. I asked another employee to give them to me so I could be on my way. He compiled to my surprise.

I started to dine there but changed my mind when I saw that most of the tables were so sticky and unclean.

I used to work in fast foofs and the biggest problem there that I found on most jobs was that someone was always afraid that they would be doing more work than someone else and almost everyone had the "That ain't my job" attitude. It is everyone's job to make sure that the customers...

Got sick a day after eating the worst whopper I ever had in my life. The manager argued with me that the ice machine wasn't empty...IT WAS...She rolled her eyes and told me I wasn't pushing the lever hard enough.

By the way, we stood in line for five minutes, alone before anyone came to take our order. The drive through girl sat there and looked at us.

The onion rings were cold and the whoppers we were served had to have been in a warmer for a couple hours before we got ours

The entire time we were eating in their dirty, empty dining room, we were treated to the life story of the manager who couldn't stop talking about herself and her daily family issues.

This place should be closed down and redone, from top to bottom. Worst food, worst service, worst BK experience ever.

The two people who were working there obviously hated their jobs. I hated that Burger King.

Will never come back and will warm everyone i know in the area to not waste their time, nor money on...
