Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don’t leave reviews, ever, but this is truly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve lived in Dearborn for a long time and always used to love this place but now it’s absolute trash due to the current staff. The woman working behind the counter is unacceptably rude. She screamed my order to the cook, order was wrong even though I just told her, and when I corrected her on what I actually wanted, she literally stomped around, rolled her eyes, and acted so irritated and angry even though I was the only customer in there so it’s not like they were busy. I asked her if they could make me a fresh crazy bread, then she again rolled her eyes, stomped to the kitchen, and mockingly repeated what I said to the cook. She openly laughed at me for looking so shocked at her behavior. Slammed my pizza on the counter, threw the crazy bread on top, and I left. Got home to find out that my Extra Most Bestest turned out to be a raw pizza, half cooked, with half pepperoni. I’m sad because this used to be the best little caesars and I’ve been going here for almost 10 years. Now it’s absolute garbage, and the staff is to blame. I’ve never experienced such rudeness it was truly sickening. Seriously avoid this little caesars if you can. ALSO HERES AN UPDATE: so I called corporate to complain and they sent my complaint over to the store. The store manager calls me three times in a row. I missed the calls and called her back. Turns out I only called to be argued with; when I called back she apologized for the customer service I experienced by saying she had no idea what was going on because she was in the back, but then she proceeded to argue with me telling me that she knows she made my order correctly and that nothing was wrong with it. Half illiterate employees, didn't even start making my HOT-N-READY with light sauce 20mn after i ordered it and being unprofessional and unaccountable and unappoligetic as is now the quality employees there (only in the recent years), the girl said "you called the wrong store"... i asked if the number is the same one ive had memorized for the past 25yrs (and recieted it). With her mouth ajar, looking dumb, she says, "what you order?" I said "i order a HOT-N-READY with light sauce... in a poor effort to compensate me she gave me a free craxy bread, see the pic, clearly she picked it out of the trash, smh... very dissapointing to see this business, that i have been a regular customer at for over 25yrs but im not...

I ordered a pizza a few days ago and they forgot to put sauce on it. I don't know how, since sauce is a main component in pizza. But, I called to complain and they said they would write my name in the book and to come get a replacement whenever. Today, I call expecting to have a pizza made for me but the manager said I needed a reference number. I never received a reference number. I tried to explain that but the manager didn't care and insinuated my claim was false. Very unprofessional and rude. Apparently if they mess up your food, make sure to get a reference number or they won't correct their mistake. Someone needs to speak to the managers about their protocol.
