WHERE DO I BEGIN not only is the customer service terrible what I faced today is purely Abuse and Disrespect by management. OVER A CUP OF TEA !!! it is necessary to address all that is wrong with this restaurant. So it was around 11 o'clock in the morning and I went out for cheese pie like usual and I'm usually very nice and respectful. Today they told me that I would have to wait 20 minutes so I kindly asked if I can have a cup of tea to drink. I was rudely told no so I asked talk to management. Management came in he was visibly upset by my request and mocking me. He told me that he was not making my cheese pie and will not be giving me Tea OR A REFUND unless I gave them two dollars. I kindly said that I'm going to work I'm going to waste time by going to another restaurant if you would please just give me something to drink like tea. He said no get out. And I asked for the owners number and he would not give it to me. As I was leaving I told him that I was going to write bad reviews about what happened and then suddenly he decided to be nice and give me the tea and then threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review. He then tried to blame me for him getting angry and flapping his arms everywhere I generally thought he was going to hit me. Many people told me that this business is a façade for criminal activities. no one ever goes there to eat because of the poor service. and I can safely say that I'm too afraid to ever step foot in that restaurant. I will be telling everyone I meet that eats there not to go there anymore Especially my...
Read moreMy family and I came here for Breakfast (Iftar) during this Ramadan. We called ahead and were told they had an open buffet for $30 per person. Cool, no problem. For $30 at a Mediterranean Restaurant, I'm pumped. Should be kebab, chicken, meat Shawerma, etc. The Buffet started off decent, hummus, baba ghanoush, fattoush salad and lentil soup. Okay, so far so good. Once the main dish came though, we were hugely disappointed. For $30 we got: chicken dipped in BBQ sauce, Rice with meat, meat balls in another sauce, and baked fish oh and fried potatoes... No kebab, no shawerma, the only thing somewhat authentic was the rice and meat. 5 dishes for $30. On top of that, there was a 15% gratuity included in the bill. For what? This was a buffet, where I literally served myself. The server got bread for us once. All in all, food was below average, and WAY overpriced. Can't recommend this. Not sure about their A la carte menu, but their Ramadan buffet is 100%...

We ordered the Tray, and it filled our family of four adults and two puppies for two delicious meals. Take a look at the pictures and then order some and see it for yourself.
