This is a disappointment I’m a business owner and I hope this message reaches the owner, number 1 rule is treat your staff good because they are the ones serving customer and they bring in the customer satisfaction, I won’t say what I witnessed so that no one gets heat but I witnessed very very poor treatment to workers, and I guess that explaines why my food was bad I payed 15 dollars for a bagel and fries and they gave me Burnt potato chips, and a freezing cold bagel, in a rush to work I have no time to turn around and get my order right. It seems that Detroit Perk Coffee House has perfected the process which is why the taste and smell and experience is far superior to any other Cafes in the community. Don’t believe me? Go there and Order your favorite drink (from your favorite Cafe), with all of your usual modifiers, and experience the difference in taste.
Pleasant customer service experience. The cafe is broom swept and clean. It has a very cozy atmosphere and layout.
All in all, this is a must try for coffee, and matcha lovers in the area. This is my 5th visit (all within this past week).
