Detroit Perk Coffee House — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

This is a disappointment I’m a business owner and I hope this message reaches the owner, number 1 rule is treat your staff good because they are the ones serving customer and they bring in the customer satisfaction, I won’t say what I witnessed so that no one gets heat but I witnessed very very poor treatment to workers, and I guess that explaines why my food was bad I payed 15 dollars for a bagel and fries and they gave me Burnt potato chips, and a freezing cold bagel, in a rush to work I have no time to turn around and get my order right. So I called and they told me to bring it back, I stayed hungry without breakfast until I had my lunch break, and went back and I’m hoping it’s better now, but overall o belive that my experience here is bad because the employees are not being treated right, so my advice to the owner is make sure they are treated right so they can treat customer orders in a way where they aren’t complaint about cold food and bad service, this is...

Handcrafted to perfection; manual dispensing, grinding, and extraction of the espresso beans. Precise measurements and proper temperatures is what most Cafes struggle with in Dearborn (both-corporate and locally owned shops).

It seems that Detroit Perk Coffee House has perfected the process which is why the taste and smell and experience is far superior to any other Cafes in the community. Don’t believe me? Go there and Order your favorite drink (from your favorite Cafe), with all of your usual modifiers, and experience the difference in taste.

Pleasant customer service experience. The cafe is broom swept and clean. It has a very cozy atmosphere and layout.

All in all, this is a must try for coffee, and matcha lovers in the area. This is my 5th visit (all within this past week).

Been there a few times, to be totally honest the coffee is not good, with all these new places opening up the competition is pretty fierce. I’m a little shocked that they came this weeks. The good news is there’s a lot of good places around avoid this one.

PS, this is a response to the reply from the owner. Listen, I have a right to write reviews. A lot of small businesses go out because they’re not very good at business. Free enterprise they have a right to open. I have a right to critique. And another thing if you’re a coffee place and you serve coffee, should your coffee be good?
