Samhat Bakery — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

Not welcoming to everybody! Was looking forward to having this for lunch until I arrived. Seems to be family owned from the way the young man was hanging out back and spitting by the door upon my arrival (seemed very, this is my place I can do what I want). Once inside, I waited 5 minutes and never received a greeting. A young lady answered the phone before acknowledging me. Upon ending the call, she still did not speak. I am a young black professional and truly felt I was not welcomed in this middle eastern establishment. I understand culture differences but to completely ignore me but speak with other people with fair skin. Horrible interaction. These guys have some awesome breakfast and tasty options ! However management is terrible. Poor Young girl at the cashier was totally lost with the amount of orders she was taking. I knew there was a wait to get my mana2eesh. But after waiting 45 minutes and seeing people that came after getting their order ahead of me I started questioning if she lost the order. I talked to her 3 times & she said she was looking for my order. Finally after almost an hour waiting she no longer replied to me and was ignoring me . I just had no option but to leave. My family members waiting in the car was shocked seeing me leaving with no breakfast after about one hour wait. Got charged a total of 40 dollars for a 25 dollar meal. The lady upfront messed every thing up, got charged 6 dollars for 2 1 dollar drinks, also the food was messed up they forgot the chicken which we paid for, and then when they said we'll remake it, they took the old food away, and made us new ones, then when I go to pay for the drinks she said since they added chicken she has to charge me For them, even though I paid the first time for the chicken, but since they remade them with the chicken she said she has to charge me again. They don't care about customer service they only care the money and how to rip people off. The old man working the oven was nice but the lady just robbed us of our money.
