Wow. JUST WOW. Jaffar is hands-down, the best chef and has exquisite taste. I’m not gonna lie to you. This is the fanciest subway I’ve ever had in my life that I only looks but taste like heaven. Presentation. That crispy sub bread with no excess bread inside in case you’re on a diet. Don get me started on heaven potato balls. Softer than clouds with onion, cilantro, fried the perfection drizzled with nacho cheese on top. When I tell you guys this place is a must try. I really mean it. Coming from a foodie that’s very picky. I’m a pescatarian so they allowed me to choose any sub I want and add shrimp instead. Very hard for a lot of places to do so. The food was brought out to us With the best manners. The service was everything the owner is everything and Dear God, the food is so good. I wanna go back today. Not only do they have sweets, but they have avocado sauce similar to the one you get in Mexican town but better. They make their own sauces And my oh my Just hands-down, the best. I’ll give this place a neutral rating, because while it’s actually pretty good food, the responses to customers from the owner during complaints are very off-putting and always with a similar excuse. The vast majority of the responses are that “we’re training so that’s why “this and that” happened.” Or “we had a system problem, please come back again.” Random stuff happens, accidents happen and that’s fine and should be understood by the customers. Nothing is perfect 100% of the time. My personal gripe is that, if these really are the continuing issues within the business, how long does it take to get things on the right track. How long/many times do you need to train staff? How many times do your systems just not work and break down? How many times do you just short customers quantity when we’re paying full price and expecting a fair amount of food for what we’re paying? For these reasons I definitely won’t give the shop a super low rating, because it doesn’t deserve that. However, these issues absolutely do need to be addressed and fixed.
