If I could give a 0/10 I would! Ordered on delivery and they got my order all wrong. Tried to get a refund online but wasn’t able to so I tried calling up the store and they were so rude about it!! First of all that little girl behind the counter who answered the phone needs to watch the way she talks to people when you have a business you have to talk to people the same way you want to be treated I was never disrespectful but they were having trouble looking up my order and the girl wants to say “she’s giving me a name it’s not coming up she’s lying I knew she was lying she didn’t even order!” Excuse me?! Why would I lie about an order I have a receipt for?! I asked how I could get my missing order and they said they had no way of refunding and if I wanted the rest of my order to come up there and get it. If I ordered delivery it means I have no way of getting to them. Then they told me if I wanted the rest of my order delivered I needed to order something else for 3$ and they would send my missing order out to me. Read moreI have came more than 10 times to this restaurant but this will be the last time, as there is no honesty with customers. The chef who cutting the shawarma gave me old meat shawarma. I was hungry but suddenly I recognised that the meat shawarma was made and cooked last night, it was dried, hard andhad bad smell. I asked him directly if you cut this meat now, he said yes. I do not know why he lied to me, because the new meat is still on the shawarma machine and does not get ready yet. When I asked the cashier, he interrupted her and said you are okay! you are okay! The meat in your order was the first layer cutting! He lied again and tried to justified. Again, I order chicken shawarma to go. So, he did the same thing. he made my order from the old chicken that remaining from last night. After I wash my hand and get back to the cashier, I asked the chef to make my order form the new chicken. In this moment, he said okay and start to cut the shawarma and then he tried to hide the wrap that he made it from the old shawarma. Read moreThis is the last time I give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I saw they had a deal on UberEats and convinced my family to give this place a try. Big mistake. The moment I walked in, everything went downhill. The order was wrong, and the service was seriously lacking. I told a cook I was missing two combos of fries, and instead of fixing it, he got sidetracked with someone else's order. I waited 10 minutes just to get one of the missing combos, and when I told the woman up front I was still missing another, she tried to tell me, "That one combo is the buy one, get one free." I clearly ordered two. The environment was decent enough, but the minute you interact with the staff who are handling your food, it all falls apart. When we finally got home, my whole family was upset with how small the portions were and how everything tasted like it came straight out of a microwave.
