JT’s Halal Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn

I truly enjoy their pizza. Unfortunately, I have made up my mind to never ever go there again. I ordered a pizza and I was not able to come and pick it up on time. I received a voicemail from one of the employees which the voice sounded like one of the owners he always works in the front desk. He left a voicemail disregarding the situation of the person that ordered the pizza, disregarded all customer service rules, and disregarded the importance of no matter how wrong or right your customer is you still treat him or her with highest level of respect. This was the voicemail word by word, "There are a lot of people dying from hunger and you made an order and you not coming up picking your food that's okay. That's no problem, that's between you and Allah between you and God. If you are not Muslim or Arabic between you and God. You will be punished from God. That's okay, between you and God you can take care of it between you and God. Trust me we're all going to die one day, we are all going to go in the grave one day, and we're all going to be (mahsib) from Allah, we're all going to be facing God one day this is between you and him. Thank you very much Waslam Alukum Wrahimaat Allah Wabrakatah." End of voicemail.

This was pure rudeness. I have Muslim friends and they never speak or treat people like this. They never treat their customers this way. Just because someone was not able to come a pick up his Pizza you leave him a voicemail disregarding the customers feeling and ignoring customer satisfaction.

For the ones reading this and for the record I truly was on my way to pick the pizza till I heard the voicemail, I changed my mind 100% percent. The prophet Mohamed never taught Muslims to terrify and scare others using these tactics. I'll reiterate, the above voicemail is the reason why I will never go there again.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Ever since they remodeled this place, there quality of there pizza has changed for the WORST. The CRUST and BREAD tasted like CARDBOARD, started becoming STALE quickly. The CHEESE started hardening very quickly within that same hour, in a day it was a rock. The TOMATO SAUCE tasted like it was very WATERED DOWN with NO FLAVOR. To make matters worst there prices has been fluctuating, as well their service too. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND going in there anymore.

Absolutely floored me with their hospitality. As a local diner I was very impressed with the friendliness and hospitality shown at this place. I ordered 20 wings of varying sauces and they were all a perfect hit for me. I recommend Spicy Red Chili the most. Not to mention, the prices are very fair (and they always hook it up anyways). The chicken is natural and halal with perfectly sized wings cooked to perfection and dipped in high quality sauces.
