Worst service ever. They have kids running the front with zero customer service experience. Walked in to place an order the kid said just a heads up it will be 30 mins I told him that's fine I'll wait since I'm dinning in. So I placed my order waited like 30 mins got half my order ready we started eating the first meal which technically was an appetizers type 8pc falafel and 4 pc chicken tenders. The other two orders that where supposed to come was sujok sandwich and a grilled chicken sub. Two of the fastest sandwiches you could ever make. I was in the food business I know. So I asked the kid there is also a chicken sub n sujok sandwich I still haven't got. They had me wait for an hour for two sandwiches that never came. I asked kid 3 times untill I lost my appetite i left me and the family out the door. With no acknowledgement of the owner which was busy service 10 of his family members who walked in 20 mins after I was there. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this was the worst establishment i went to. The owner needs to do a better job taking orders from customers and execute the orders 100 percent. Bad service. They need to go learn how really busy restaurants run back him and learn from them how they...

This was one of the best restaurants to open up in Dearborn. They had the crispiest chicken, fries, and falafel in town. Their hummus, fattoush, and tabbouleh was the freshest. It was always a goto for dinner or party carry-outs. So when I had a large gathering at my house I automatically went to my go-to carry out. I ordered a large tray of tabouli, large tray of hummus, large tray of chicken, and a large tray of fries. I was to pick up the order at 6:00. I was running a little bit late. I get there at 6:05 and the food is not ready mind you the order was placed a day ahead of time. I could hear the owner in the back still chopping up the tabouli. To make a long story short I was over 30 min late for my barbecue, the hummus was sour spoiled, the tabbouleh was improperly cut, and I only ended up getting a half a tray. The chicken was cold fries are soggy. Apparently his Good Fortune when he first opened the restaurant because of their good food didn't carry through. I'm very disappointed in the quality the service and the overall lack of care they have for their product now. I will never go back again. You ruined the entire event...

Awful Service and The Worst Food Ever We found out about this place through a food blogger. We get there last night and the first thing we notice is dirty tables. We places the orders and took 45 minutes to prepare. We order burgers for the children and we got them spicy...so they barely had a bite of those burgers but rather hated them, so this was the first shocker. When we told the waitress, she did absolutely nothing. We asked at first about the waffle falafel and were told the machine was broken. So, the second shocker was the oily regular falafels that had no taste, no greens, just pure mix of chick peas with onions made in the shape of balls and fried in hot oil. The third was a really bad hummus ... how can you get this one that bad!!! In addition to all of this, we asked for water and got only a 12 oz bottle of water for 5 people... Unbelievable ... and that food wasn't cheap... it was expensive for the quality and quantity.....I have been at so many middle eastern restaurants but have never seen any this bad ... I will never go back nor I would ever trust those (most likely PAID-BY-THE-BUSINESS) clueless...

Best place to get falafel, fries, tenders, chicken or meat shaworma! Great people and friendly staff. The owner and manager is Haj Hassan Baydoun works hard with his brother Ali , his sonsDr.Youssef , Mohamad, Ali ,Abbas and Hussein to keep the restaurant as the best of the best. Moreover, they treat their staff, Mo , Omar and Hothifa as members of the family. They're generous with the customers and with their staff. The restaurant is clean and the food is fresh and delicious. This is the secret of their success, generous and high quality service. They also cater food for birthday s, weddings and events.

Let me start off by saying that this was the worst food I’ve ever had. Whoever handled my food should never work in the food Industry ever. The real chicken sub wasn’t that good, the bread wasn’t even toasted. The menu said it comes with fries but they never gave me any. The Mac and cheese was burnt, I couldn’t even take three bites because it tasted like metal. The most disgusting food ever, place has gone downhill.

I’ve been waiting for Rafic’s Falafel to reopen ever since they had to close, and I’m so glad they’re finally back—now in Dearborn Heights! I came in as soon as they reopened, and the food is just as amazing as I remember. They still have the best chicken tenders and, of course, no one can compete with their falafel. It’s just as delicious as always. Definitely worth the wait!
