Manager here has a attitude problem. Its 8am, i just ordered & guess she was annoyed that I was asking what was in the breakfast loaded wrap and she had a nasty attitude the entire time although my mother and I were calm and just trying to understand what all came in the breakfast loaded wrap. Well we drive up to the window finally and she has a nasty face looking at me and my mom crazy. Then her whole demeanor changed when I asked if she was the manager. She started trying to act polite, and even told me “ have a great day” after she was acting like a brat of a child over the system to order, exhaling very loudly over and over again, saying “ oh my god” because she couldnt be patient to allow my mother to ask 2 questions, which by the way she got upset with us because she didnt describe the wrap correctly, anyways when she said she was in fact the manager there i just felt like theres no point telling her anything at that point, because if she is the manager and she is acting like that instead of professional, I dont expect any better honestly. First time I came to this location and it was a horrible experience they need to work on their face & their attitude ‼️ my mom comes here often and she says that this specific lady AKA THE MANAGER always treats her poorly this way. I would not recommend coming to this location at all, and my mom has made the choice to no longer support this location because of the manager as well. Read moreEdited: literally, the Caucasian femalel in braids and the black female with the hands who look like lobster claws (that were there in the morning today and yesterday)wanted to fight me after I told them they forgot my glazed donut. “First off, you don’t come to Our place making no accusations”. I doubt these two are co-owners. They still forgot to give it to me. I’m sorry I even mentioned it because these two ladies were hostile, angry, and not a representation of what this company represents. I’m returning to the west Dearborn locations even though they are farther out of the way for me.
Bad service. Always out of steak. I live across the street and go here frequently because it is so close. The workers at the drive thru are often really rude to me. Yesterday, I went in and one of the workers said she was stopping iced cappuccinos after my order because they didn't have the staff to make them. I asked her if they ran out and she said "no we have plenty, but it takes too long and we don't have enough workers here right now." Did I mention bad service? Their credit card machine at the drive thru has been broken for over a week and they have no sign posted. They are always out of stuff. Plain bagels, twin donuts, steak, etc. I've never seen so many workers doing nothing. I don't get how they can always be out of certain items with all those people...

I waited at counter, no one in sight, counter filthy and about five people crowded in drive thru area. Finally one of them acknowledges me with an attitude.few more minutes goes by, I finally asked if anyone was working the counter. Lil miss attitude says "I tells ya someone will there" finally order taken. Soup and a grilled cheese. Now ms attitude is helping make my meal.....I stood there a long time. Finally asked for my money back...just as they finally "found" the grilled cheese. They were having a conversation about where my sandwich was. I get back to office (less than a mile) and the broccoli cheese soup was cold and looked curdled like vomit. I get out grilled cheese it was old. I swear they got it out of the garbage..cold, old and gross. So I threw the food away 6.32$ called manager (will) he would gladly refund me if I came back in. I told him he could bring it to me.
