We ordered from here on 12/4/2023 at 4:30pm. The employees were friendly and the order was hot and ready when we arrived. However, the food itself just wasn't very good at all. It tasted rewarmed and freezer burnt. I personally prefer to have the meat crispy under the sauce. This was very soggy, mushy. We ordered General Tso but it was definitely hot sauce instead. Food not hot at all. Ordered shrimp lo mein and told them to add chicken, I got chicken lo mein with 3 medium sized shrimp they called jumbo shrimp, when I was supposed to get 5. How can you call it shrimp lo mein when it has more chicken than shrimp? Poor customer service relations, big language barriers, and business practices.
