Burger King — Restaurant in Decatur

So I refuse to go back to the burger king on Prospect Dr. (everything about that place is bad) I decide to give the one on Eldorado a shot wow where do I begin I took my granddaughter there after ballet ordered her a hamburger kids meal , my grandson Chicken nuggets and fries, myself a Chicken sandwich, my daughter a Chicken sandwich (plain) we received two regular chicken sandwiches neither one plain but with extra mayo and lettuce, chicken nuggets and fries and NO KIDS MEAL I didnt check until I got her home of course she was crying I called them oh you can come back and get it thanks!! I was not able to go back until 3 days later I tell them about it and ask for a discount because of course I also have my granddaughter and grandson so I need to get him something oh no we cant do that so I pay they give me his food I check it and look at them and say seriously ? You arnt going to give me the kids meal ? Oh let me get the manager Im like for what? He then returns with food and I have to ask if she gets her drink or not REALLY IS IT TOO MUCH TO GET WHAT WE ORDER AND ARE PAYING FOR ??????? I guess maybe if they keep messing up they can make more money having you come back because chances are you might get something else and whatever you do dont expect them to...

Fast , super friendly cheerful with happy smiles going thru their drive thru . Ya kno its a good restaurant when tha same employees r still there every week , haven't noticed an employee revolving door here like I did down tha road at their competitor , which indicates to me it must b a good place to work and good management, I jus happen to notice things like that . Food is Always hot and fresh , taste homemade , burgers taste like 100% real cow beef , texture feels like a hand pattied homemade burger , french fries taste like 100% real potatoes from a farm , New York cheese cake taste so good omg u gotta try it , one piece jus ain't enough , no joke 😄 I've made Burger King our family funn quick "in a hurry" dinner drive thru , I don't bother with their competitor down tha road anymore 😉 I'm willing to pay a lil more $ knowing were eating 100% real quality beef . It's not that much more expensive , definitely worth it to me...

Went to grab some lunch. 1120am and the line is backed up at the drive thru. I watched 2 employees during my waiting come out the back and front to smoke a cigarette. While looking at all of the customers in the drive thru. When I finally got to order I asked for no mayo and to add mustard and ketchup. To my surprise when I finally received my food over 30 mins later (1154am) it was an undercooked piece of meat with mustard and ketchup and that's it. Also as i was waiting to pay and i was sitting next to the 1st drive thru window and looking inside there were 2 employees sitting in chairs on their phones. (Really)What happened to our work ethic?? Customer service sucks, food sucks, what is wrong with the world today? I work right around the corner and wasted my entire lunch and some waiting for food that wasn't even correct. I will never eat here again and I would not suggest to anyone. Burger King, get...
