This place is poorly managed. The pizza buffet is supposed to open at 11 AM, but the staff doesn't even fully stock it until after 11:30. they will put out breadsticks with no sauce, pizzas that all have the same toppings, and won't put out the desert pizza. every time I asked where the items were, I was told they were working on it. this has happened the three consecutive times I have gone there. they shouldn't be selling pizza buffets if they can't even offer all of the product. they aren't even busy when I've been there; the managers I've talked to don't have a clue about customer service and just make excuses. I have been ordering for years with pizza hut. And have had a few bad pizzas. Always make it right. But the one we have to order from now is Fairview /king st. Decatur, IL. Then we move. And we got to order from the one in Forsyth, IL. Only twice and closed. Its wasa big mistake. They could make good pizza everytime. You should have close the one at Fairview/king.
