Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Decatur

Placed a mobile order (a diet limeade and a diet cherry limeade) and when we checked into the stall, it said our name, then a few minutes later said someone was bringing our order, but no one came. After a few minutes of waiting, we pressed the button to ask why our order hadn't come, they said they didn't get our order and insisted that it wasn't placed. I told them I have the receipt right here on my phone and to please send someone to come look. A few minutes later (and literally one other car in the lot with another that pulled in while we waited) no one had come. We had to flag down a carhop on her way back in to ask what the deal was. She insisted again that the order didn't get placed, but I had a receipt and the board had recognized us. She said she would just make the drinks for us like we were getting some kind of favor by getting the order we already paid for. When we finally got our drinks, we only got one straw. I had to go to the door of the kitchen to get the second one, and somehow we got 2 limeades that have absolutely no lime taste at all, and the cherry has the most pitiful, tiniest cherry flavor. It was the awfulest experience ive ever had at fast food. I was trying to order and 2 cars over there was this man hollering so loud to someone that workes there till the girl taking the order couldnt hear me so she came out to my car to take the order. Mean while the loud mouth was still hollering at some one inside,then some guy came out talking to them and brought them food which i never seen anybody pay for. My order was 10.76 and when i got it my fries was cold and limp the burger didnt have nothing on it but what appeared to be watered down mustard and ketsup the burger was like room temp without lettuce tomato and onion. I was very dissapointed with thismess i got the only thing hot was cheddar poppers. Y'all need to fire the crew that was working that day because they were the worst i have ever encountered except the one really young girl that brought the crappy food out which by the way i trashed it that was $11.00 threw away. If i knew how i would talk to corporate this was a disgrace to the Sonic name.
