Yesterday on my lunch break I came in to order a 6-inch turkey sandwich. I used to work at a Subway and therefore know how things are supposed to be done at this franchise. I was thoroughly disappointed. When I walked in I was not greeted, nor even smiled at. Each of the four employees just glanced at me. After a few minutes of standing there in silence (waiting for my order to be taken) I just told them what I wanted and no one was quick to answer. Then the manager goes on to complain about how nothing on the line or in the fridge was dated. I didn’t think much of it because I assumed it had been rotated. The person serving me was slow and seemed a bit out of it. The next customer walked in and things got worse. Another employee prioritized dishes over serving a customer. The manager quickly corrected her but it wasn’t very professional. After finally getting my sandwich I was in a state of amazement of how bad the customer service was. I hardly EVER write a review, and have never rated one star so I hope this isn’t taken lightly. The facility was not clean, the employees were not professional nor ready, and the cherry on top is that I have food poisoning. (I am assuming the food on the line that was not dated had gone bad.) I ordered delivery and live really close by, (less than a mile) on the mobile app. First the food says it was delivered and I didn't have anything, so I called there to see and they said it was still on the counter and they didn't have anyone to deliver it yet, so I said I would come grab it so it didnt get cold, and could they take off the tip and delivery fees and charges, they said no. Husband went to pick it up and they said someone took it to be delivered, after I told them we were gonna pick it up and they confirmed. Then when it was delivered finally, it was cold and even the chicken inside seemed like it wasn't toasted at all, secondly my husband got a footlong and it was a 6 inch when delivered. So 30 dollars for 2 subs that took over an hour and were both made poorly. The communication I think was the worst part.

Read moreMy mother and I frequent this location whenever I’m home. This place used to be very good but now is doing quite poorly, which can be attributed to management. There were only two employees present tonight, high school boys. They did an exceptional job with taking orders and the sandwich making. While they were making our orders I noticed that there are several ring cameras throughout the front of house. Four cameras in total, the light constantly indicating that they were being watched remotely. The light from these cameras were obnoxious. Where is their manager, why are they being watched so closely? Why does the environment feel so unsafe? The dining area was also closed off (Chairs on top of tables) and the drive thru was “closed temporarily” (it’s always closed). Hostile atmosphere, the workers seemed very uncomfortable.
