Subway — Restaurant in Decatur

This was once our preferred of all Decatur locations. One employee, in particular, an older female named Lisa, always made us feel so welcome. Very precise & neat in her sandwich making, & such a sweet lady. After tonight, however, I can guarantee we will never return. Lisa wasn't on duty at that location, & we were 'greeted' by a woman with the foulest, most obnoxious, hateful demeanor. Her name, I discovered, is Samantha. I walked in full of good cheer & friendliness, which is standard of me. I treat people how I expect to be treated. But I soon walked out without placing an order after watching her roll her eyes in disgust at the man in front of me, placing an order, & listening to her huff, & snarkily bark that they don't like when people request too many toppings on their sandwiches, because they 'fall apart'. Considering this is how my hb likes his sandwich, & considering the customers are PAYING for what THEY prefer, I found it incredibly audacious how she treats her customers. I could literally feel the attitude & negativity rolling off of this person. I once worked for Subway, & I know how NOT to treat customers. I also know if you don't like your job, you find a better one. We left & went to the location inside DMH. We weren't able to catch Lisa on shift, but we were waited on by a lovely lady named Vanessa. Funny enough, as I recounted the horror of our visit to Pershing, we were overheard by a DMH employee who said that she'd had her own run in with Snarly Samantha. Color me...

yall!!! me and my sister did online orders and we go in to get them and we get our bags and i go to the car and pull my stuff out and im looking and its not mine and im thinking maybe the other one is mine so i open it also and i take it back in and she just wraps it back up in the same wrapper i just had and puts it in another bag to sell !! like whattttt! then my sisters sandwich’s has stuff of there that was not supposed to be on there either but it was her order. i am soo disappointed, fresh my butt !!! and i guess they didn’t have enough meatballs for my sandwich so they covered the few they put on there real good, jokes on you i pulled it back and counted them 😂😂😂😂 never again ! anddd they didn’t even cut my damn sandwich be for real right now ? then we got cookies , THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE US THE...

Me and my co-workers come here about once to two times a month from 12-2pm. And we gotta say the lady who puts the veggies and sauce is completely rude as ever-living hell! WHEN YOU COME HERE ASK FOR THEM TO GO EASY ON THE SAUCE OR THEY WILL PUT WAYYYYY TOO MUCH! My co-worker asked them to take a frozen cucumber off of the sandwich nicely and she just went "oh my godd". As if it was unreasonable for him to not want the frozen, half-cut cucumber on his food. Then she would just interrupt him before he could even say the next ingredient he wanted. Last time we came here he asked for very little pepper and she just kept putting it on while he was telling her to stop. She acts like she can't hear you on purpose too, I'm fed up with it not...
