We regularly visit so I provided my order in great detail to avoid inconvenience to staff (because they REGULARLY get it wrong) and when the young lady at the register rang it in wrong & I stated it was NOT correct SHE became defensive, accused me of being aggressive & left the counter refusing to wait on us. Another employee (Parker?) completed our order without issue. As we were finishing up, 2 ladies sitting near us were complaining about the price of their meal... turns out, one of them also cannot eat the bun and was charged for 2 complete meals in order to receive her 2 beef patties. While we thoroughly enjoy your restaurant, I believe more education needs to be shared with your staff regarding guest's dietary restrictions and DEFINITELY someone needs to address the young lady's volatile customer relation skills as SHE could have easily created a very bad scene if I had truly been "aggressive". All I ever wanted was my food to be correct and felt stating my need at the onset of ordering could avoid frustration for her as it's not uncommon for counter help to request manager assistance as to how to enter. Also, what seems to me (& other guests because the other lady last night received hers stuck to the paper as well) like a no brainer... please serve your patty only meals with cheese side up so we can actually partake of the cheese we paid for rather than have it stuck to the paper under the beef patty. Read moreI had someone pick my lunch up. I had them order a Culver's deluxe meal and a cocoa concrete mixer. The employee told them that tomato was extra. This burger comes with tomato, but the employee argued that the tomato cost extra, so it was left off the burger. Also. The burger was too salty. I made an email complaint on the website and talked to customer service. Customer service contacted the restaurant. No one got back to me about this issue. The manager at the store will not make this right, and customer service cannot force them to because they are all independently owned. I did make my complaint the same day as the order. The manager said that since it was so long ago, he wasn't going to do anything about it. He also said my complaint was against the employee and not the food, but the complaint was about both. Read moreThis is an update to a previous 2 star negative review that has now been downgraded to a 1 star terrible review! This is the worst excuse for a restaurant I have ever seen! The service is terrible, they can't get your order right no matter how slow you talk or how many times you tell them. You are definitely taking a risk by eating anything from there! As for the jerky little manager that was working about 9pm on 3/19/19 you are lucky I didn't hear you talk to my wife in the rude, threatening manner she said you did! It was the absolute worst service she has ever received anywhere, she had to end up walking out with NO FOOD it was so bad! I will be contacting the owners tomorrow and the corporate office to let them know how their franchise is being run!
