University Dogs — Restaurant in Decatur

Got a jumbo chili dog (charred option) and the girlfriend got a regular size chili dog (boiled option) and a medium drink with a small order of fries. The dogs were fine, but nothing extraordinary. The jumbo dog was just a slightly fatter hotdog for almost double the price. Paid about $15.50 for what I consider the equivalent of concession stand food, ok for a drunken night since they are open till 3am, but otherwise save yourself the $$ and buy 20 hotdogs at Kroger for the price of two and some fries here. I was initially excited to go here for lunch after my doctors appointment. I have had Vienna beef hotdogs from Chicago. I wasn't expecting the exact same, but I wasn't expecting it to be burnt and awful tasting. I had sweet potato fries for the side. The fries were good, not crispy but soft.
