The food was normal Zaxby's quality. It was good as always. Everyone was polite and I think those are the most important things here, This is a food establishment after all. HOWEVER, the girl who was bagging my food and running the window didn't have her mask over her nose so she may as well have not worn one. So if I have to cover my nose and mouth then I feel it is only fair that the people dealing with my food should also cover up. I understand there is a lot of misinformation amongst the young people that not covering their nose won't spread disease, but unfortunately snot can be just as dangerous as saliva. It was only the girl at the window that I saw doing that though. Everyone else I could see had their noses covered. A HOT MESS the manager named Christy Aldridge is not nice at all and she has a terrible attitude along with everyone else not including the Cooks in the back or Krystal. Rodney the manager ain't worth anything either they all are very disrespectful and as long as I've been going since my child was 1 now she's 8 I've never had an experience like this before. The front crew besides Krystal are disrespectful and I felt discriminated against and if you have a complaint don't go in the store they won't do anything about it just call corporate! Period. Did a mobile order at 10:40. Showed up to the drive thru and nobody answered the mic. Went to the window and all the workers went to the back to hide. They then attempted to turn off the lights to the building with a broom handle while still hiding so we could leave. We had to honk the horn multiple times for someone to show up. When someone finally showed up to the window, they told us the food wasn’t ready and that it wouldn’t be ready until another 20 minutes. Worst part is that a manager was on duty at the time. Can’t believe a manager condones this type of behavior at work while she is charge. Whoever owns this franchise needs to step up, cause the people they are hiring are not up to task.
