I always order a large chicken and shrimp fried rice when coming to Wings and Seafood. When I went to pick-up the order, I had been charged for two boxes. A chicken and a shrimp box instead of it being combined together. I called and explained to them that I had been charged for two boxes instead of them both being combined together. The front desk girl initially said they don’t do refunds, then said she could give me a $2.00 refund. (Which doesn’t add up to the fact that I was charged for two plates)?? The front desk girl laughed on the phone in front of my face while on the phone with the manager “Amber”. The front desk girl said that I didnt say “house Fried rice”, so she took it upon herself to ring me up for two plates.
How the manager and front desk girl handled things were unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you do come to this restaurant, hope you have the correct order cause they will handle it...

Never plan to actually. The place just appears run down inside. The continued attitude and just lack of care from their manager speaks volumes to the leadership of this place. Owners need to prioritize the needs of their customers by handling their staff. Picking up for DoorDash from this place is sketchy. They get argumentative when asked to confirm the name on the order, before I confirm I’ve picked it up.
