Buyer Beware:Check your receipts and purchases at Dunkin Donuts at Bussy Street

Word to the wise. I went through Dunkin Donuts drive through to buy 3 gift cards, one for $10 and two for $5 tonight on my way home from the Readville train station. When I got home, I realized they only gave me the $10 gift card. I went back to the location and when I told them they only gave me the $10 gift card, they accused me of trying to scam them. I told them I wanted my money back and presented the receipt and the $10 gift card. I was then told there was a procedure and they could not do it and I had to wait for a manager. I told them I was going to a party and was late. After waiting over 20 minutes, the manager showed up and told me there was a procedure. She then went back in the back office and I waited another 10 minutes. I finally got fed up and took out another $10 and bought two more gift cards b/c I had to go and needed them. The guys who waited on me were not helpful. The fact that they have a procedure says there has to be some sort of scam going on or something. Whatever the case, be very careful when you go there. Count your change and check your receipt. Do not pull away from the drive through until you have made sure you received what you paid for.

There are enough Dunkin Donuts in the vicinity that my family and I will now just go to another location and I suggest you do too so you are not taken advantage of, so much for your safe, trustworthy, honest local...

10/7/2024 6:03 AM Mobile Order #511 order placed at 5:52 AM. Large ice coffee tasted like it was brewed with sink water. Had the coffee remade and it still tasted horrible. I'm not sure why this issue is so common with this location but I'll be emailing cooperate, filing for a full refund, and calling the health department.

9/23/24 6:06 AM Mobile Order #434 order placed at 5:53 AM. Employees yet again made a large Ice coffee made with dirty sink water. The coffee was not drinkable. It was extremely disgusting. I had the employee remake the coffee only to find out the replacement coffee also tasted like the topped it off with dirty sink water to save money on coffee. This is the Fith time this month I've had to have a coffee remade. Although it's the first time the replacement coffee was not drinkable. The owner and managers at this location should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to be a reoccurring issue. It's getting to the point where I think the health department will need to be called.

7/11 6:05 AM Mobile Order #357 order placed at 5:55AM. Employees made large ice coffee with dirty sink water. Coffee was not drinkable and had to be poured out. It seemed like the employee ran out of coffee halfway through the pour and filled the rest of the cup up with dirty sink water. Extremely disappointed that it's even possible to have a coffee made so poorly. I'll be filing complaints...

It was horrible here the entrance to the drive thru is so complicated!! And when I went on my way to work I was literally in the drive through for 35 minutes which of course made me late for work!!! I would have gladly gotten out of the line and continued my way to work so I wouldn't be late however once your in that drive thru you are stuck there is no option to leave!!! I think that is absolutely horrible!! Also the place wasn't very clean at all and every time I go there they get my order wrong!!! The one good thing I can say about this place is your better off going there at night because the night crew is no e very efficient they keep the place clean and your order is always right and done in a flash!!! In my opinion the night crew should be working in the morning and the morning...
